I was in a wreck where I was rear ended. They were quick to schedule pickup of my car, and within a week, I got my car back running even better than before the wreck. Highly recommend them!!

These guys do great work and are very friendly. The work is worth the cost in my opinion. The location isn't the best on busy days, but they can't help that.

Their ad says they do touch-ups... Spoke with the owner and he said he could touch it up and it would be cheaper. I had a couple scratches and I went there to find I could of done the touch-up better myself cheaper as well. It really looked like a 2 year old scribbled it on. I could of ordered the touch-up paint and got the correct color and did better myself. Don't go there for touch-ups do it yourself!!! Very disappointed... Don't know much about the rest of their work. Thought it would look more professional.

This review is only based on customer service. We never made it past that. When I came in someone one from an office asked if they can help me. Yes, I need an estimate to get my car repaired.We only do that by appointment. OK, can I make an appointment please? What insurance company will you be using? Allstate. Well they will need to come out and give you an estimate. Once you get that you can bring it in and if the rates match what we charge we can take a look at it. Never got out of there chair in the office.I am glad there are so busy they did not need or want by business. I get it, but this world will get back to normal and they will be needing customers and I will not be one.Just left a bad taste in my mouth.

This place is sketchy. They fired the girl who did my original quote so I had to get a new quote and the quote they gave me the second time? $1000 more than the original. $400 just for paint they said that I “needed” to get in order to seal the plastic. Makes no sense. I’ll be taking my business somewhere else.

Great place, great people, great work. This was my 3rd time using Bypass Bodyshop (one person hit me, a deer hit my wife's car, and then a deer hit my daughter's car). Each time was a fantastic experience. They gave me an estimated date of completion when I dropped the car off. During the repair, I received texts along the way letting me know where they were in the process and that they were on schedule. On the estimated date of completion (about an hour ahead of schedule), I received a phone call letting me know the car was ready. It was cleaned before I picked it up. I prefer to do business locally when I'm able, and Bypass Bodyshop is the only place I will go. I highly recommend them!
