Have been trying to contact them for 3 days via email and phone. Phone rings for several minutes before disconnecting. No answer, no options to leave a message. No reply on email. Now I’m getting a message saying that a refund isn’t possible because I’m past my 5 day grace period.

I have shopped here before, merchandise is pricey but unique. The customer service has been fine in the past, I have been welcomed by the owner and staff. But there is a new "store credit only" policy for returns so I will not shop here in the future.
