Even with a small request to change a pin, an appointment was said to be needed, online associate did not say that. No time for their business customers leaving us stranded. Guess the associates only move at one pace....Slow. this was at 12 and BOA said 2 appointments were left till they closed at 2pm. With their other policy changes for business customers I am considering leaving.

Don’t expect to just “run to the bank” with this one. I’ve visited three times, and the first two times I was standing in line for almost 30 minutes. Doesn’t seem like a long time? It is when you’re on your lunch break and just needing to “run to the bank!” The third time I left after standing in line 10 minutes or so.I don’t understand why their tellers are so slow. Can’t say I don’t understand their work, I ran a bank for years. My tellers would have people in and out in a jiffy. No clue what is going on here.

I take business deposits to this bank and the employees there are fantastic! Amazing team and they are all super friendly and personable. Keep up the great work!

be careful after atm, u r dropping by to withdraw 20 bucks and getting hundreds of dollars damage. some officials work w cheap architects although they have bank of america behind them

Bank of America with drive through ATMs. Located on Bullsboro across from Kroger and McDonalds close to downtown Newnan. Limited service due to COVID. Open Monday through Friday 10am to 4pm and closed on Saturdays and Sundays. The drive through service was replaced with drive through ATMs around COVID. Can get busy and expect long lines as this is the only Bank of America location in Newnan. Bank of America has two other ATMs in Newnan.

I had an appointment on a Friday at 10:30 and even got a reminder the day before that I had the appointment made from Bank of America and I show up to the office and they are closed. Why was I not notified of the change? I took time off of work for this. Very disappointing.

Charles the manager there is great! He helped me out with my notary requirements and was very patient to take care of my W- 8 documents. I really appreciate their customer first culture and helping us with anything that they can help with! Have been banking with BOA for last 9 years

Generally like this place, just depends on the time you arrive. There have been many occasions I’ve seen 6-8 people in line and just had to turn around and leave because I don’t have the time to wait because usually only one teller. The manager, Charles is really good.

To many times the ATM isn’t working, the drive thru is closed permanently and the doors are locked. Went by today to make a cash deposit, ATM didn’t give an option for deposit!!!! Bank was closed at 4:00! This location is on Bullsboro. About time to make a change!

The lines are always long with two people behind the window, sometimes almost out the door, you get charge with all kinds of fees, and they never answer the phone.

This location is very unprofessional, rude, and unknowledgeable about their processing rules and regulations. I suggest you find another branch or bank!
