My car wouldn’t start after shopping at Publix. In the depth of my frustration, I looked up and noticed I was 30 yards from this autozone. Walking in, I noticed an employee was helping a customer replace her battery. Later I asked this employee if he could take a look at my car that wasn’t starting. He helped, and noticed corrosion around my battery. He cleaned the corrosion and my car started perfectly. I am now a diehard Autozone fan and a loyal customer. Thank you, Kyle Hill, for being excellent at your job, showing excellent customer service, and being so helpful!

Highly recommend coming here if you need parts for your vehicle. The manager Tye and his coworkers Rocky and Conner were so polite and will help you with anything you have a question about. I will be coming here a lot more now that I know that there are amazing people working here. Thank you Tye, Rocky, and Connor for all of the help keep up the good work guys!

I’m a new Mama and I went to do my normal daily routine. Got the little one ready for the day and daycare, went to drop him off at daycare and my car wouldn’t start. Luckily I have a small jumper box and was able to start my vehicle. I made it to AutoZone to get a new battery and Tye helped me out. Not only was he kind and courteous, but was knowledgeable of cars. He saw that I had my child with me and offered to put the battery in the car for me on the spot due to my car dying while sitting in the parking lot. A situation that typically would cause me great anxiety was smooth and seamless! Thank you guys so much for everything this morning!

Daughter and I were traveling…. Three hours from home our car started making a horrible noise. Long story story, I stopped here and John, Rocky and their team took excellent care of us… it was almost 8pm and they were able to get someone out to change our alternator and belt. Super kind to us! Highly recommend! You don’t always find this kind of customer service anymore.

Wow! These folks are great at this location! Went in recently for a battery and they were very helpful and cordial. Love the atmosphere at this location. My daughter just went in to purchase a replacement headlight bulb to bring to me to replace in her car. These guys went ahead and replaced it right on the spot. Pleasant surprise. In these times great customer service is few and far between. Good on you AutoZone for hiring great people!

I’m a huge fan of these guys! Always helpful and knowledgeable. Even if it’s crazy busy they go above and beyond in customer service! The most recent experience was with John, a younger man with amazing manners and kindness. He helped me with my turn lights/brake lights that I couldn’t even figure how to get to them! The sheriff had stopped me that morning, I got off with a warning on my promise to put in a new bulb that day! Needless to say I was in a panic when I stopped by there; to find out how much it was going to cost, being on a tight budget, fixed income and just having gotten my car out of the repair shop$$$! I need not to have worried because John had all the skills to help an old lady ??!! AutoZone is my go to for parts, advice AND JOHN!!

I love the convenience of ordering online and picking up items in the store. I had to return something and Jon made sure I had exactly what I needed before I left. He even showed me how to check the size of my tires in case I needed to know that info later. Great place with a wonderful team!
