“Just got home after picking up my 2025 Honda CRV.
We live 1.5 hours away, & Went by Saturday 9/14 & met Tim Partida & he was GREAT! very laid back & super nice. Answered all of my questions & wasn’t pushy at all. Fell in love with this CRV but had to wait until Monday 9/16 to pick it up cause they had just got it off the truck Saturday!
Tim was absolutely great & couldn’t recommend him enough! We will be back to see Tim in a few months when my parents are ready to buy a Honda Pilot.
I’m so glad we stopped here. Out of the other dealerships we went to, you can’t beat their customer service!

“I was driving through from out of town when a hose blew on my work van. This work van has proprietary parts and NONE were in the state when this happened. Carrillo stopped what he was doing and literally left his shop, bought some parts, and created a hose that got me where I was going. I was back on the road with time to still get some work done at my job for a very reasonable price.It's a rare thing to find a mechanic that can "make it work" with zero notice because you simply have to have it then. And on top of that he didn't take advantage of my need and charge me more than was fair.This one is a keeper. Use him.”
“Wrote about a question and they answered me quick. The best part was that they don’t lie about their comfort levels with the task presented to them. Clearly told me that I should go to a dealer or specialist due to the vehicle and maintenance I was requesting potential complexity. Price was quoted a little high, but the honesty will keep these folks in my radar for when I need some things done.”

“I’ve been to this shop a few times and have always been pleased with the service and the experience.
Recently, I brought my truck up there to have them look at the suspension because it was making some awful sounds.
They took it for a test drive and heard it too. They got under it and found the problem pretty quick. There was just something loose that needed to be tightened. They charged my like $20 and sent me on my way.
I’m admittedly not much of an auto guy when it comes to repairs. They could have easily made up some bs and charged me an arm and a leg and there’s a good chance I would have paid it. But they didn’t. They did me right. And I’ll definitely be back (hopefully not too soon though!)”
“Had the tire pressure light show up on my company vehicle stopped by Mavis to get it checked out. Very friendly and professional employees helped me out. Fast service. I have also purchased new tires with them for my personal vehicles and they did an excellent job did not have a single issue. Better than pepboys for sure.”

“I am not the one to leave reviews unless bad service was recieved , but that is surely not the case for this auto shop. Grant and his staff are very polite and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this shop for your Volkswagen needs, you might even learn something new about your car in the process . I took my Volkswagen to a different shop and they had it for a month before I finally picked it up because they couldn't figure out the issue. After arriving to Southside Autowerks for my appointment with fingers crossed, grant was able to figure out my issue in less than 15 minutes.”

“Working out of town, all the way from NW Ohio. Noticed at my job site I had a back tire low. Got done with the job and needed some air in my LR tire. Stopped by Mavis since it was right next to my hotel. Walked in and was greeted by Diamond, very professional and extremely hospitable young woman, behind the counter. Went to get some air in my tire, and found out the valve steam was bad. Diamond and her crew didn't blink an eye on helping me get back on the road so I can get to Statesboro to my next job. I would 100% recommend going in and talking to Diamond in getting all your car's needs and getting that true southern charm that is lacking in the Midwest where I am from!”

“I would like to thank the team over at Red Clay Off-road for their excellent service. Recently, I had taken my truck over to the dealership to have a tire recall performed. They only replaced two of the four. Fast forward a bit, due to laziness, the weights the dealer tech installed over the brake dust, came off, causing the wheels to shake. The guys over at Red Clay Off-road replaced the other two tires and balanced them all properly. This truck is smoother today than it was when it was new. Excellent work to all involved!
