“Hubby and I went in to see about trading our jeep in. We were greeted by Jeff Wagner. He took us under his wing and we could have not asked for a more pleasant salesman. “Working out of town, all the way from NW Ohio. Noticed at my job site I had a back tire low. Got done with the job and needed some air in my LR tire. Stopped by Mavis since it was right next to my hotel. Walked in and was greeted by Diamond, very professional and extremely hospitable young woman, behind the counter. Went to get some air in my tire, and found out the valve steam was bad. Diamond and her crew didn't blink an eye on helping me get back on the road so I can get to Statesboro to my next job. I would 100% recommend going in and talking to Diamond in getting all your car's needs and getting that true southern charm that is lacking in the Midwest where I am from!”
“I had a 10AM appointment with Mavis Tire and was told it was going to be well over an hour for a simple mount and balance after I got there...which completely negated the point of having an appointment. I called Tire Discounters and they got me right in. Stephen, Mekhi, and Grady were great, and I was out within an hour. It was good to see them actually put a torque on and check all 32 lugs manually instead of just hammering away with an impact and calling it a day like so many others do. A++++”

“I am not the one to leave reviews unless bad service was recieved , but that is surely not the case for this auto shop. Grant and his staff are very polite and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this shop for your Volkswagen needs, you might even learn something new about your car in the process . I took my Volkswagen to a different shop and they had it for a month before I finally picked it up because they couldn't figure out the issue. After arriving to Southside Autowerks for my appointment with fingers crossed, grant was able to figure out my issue in less than 15 minutes.”

“I was driving through from out of town when a hose blew on my work van. This work van has proprietary parts and NONE were in the state when this happened. Carrillo stopped what he was doing and literally left his shop, bought some parts, and created a hose that got me where I was going. I was back on the road with time to still get some work done at my job for a very reasonable price.It's a rare thing to find a mechanic that can "make it work" with zero notice because you simply have to have it then. And on top of that he didn't take advantage of my need and charge me more than was fair.This one is a keeper. Use him.”

“I sadly hit a turkey a couple years ago. The poor thing TORE UP my hood. He completely punctured through my grill into the engine compartment. I took it to Nick and he fixed my car up amazingly! Everything came back like nothing ever happened and my air conditioning was working again! Would RECOMMEND TO ANYBODY! 10/10!!!!!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

We were looking for a shop that could test the emissions and work on our truck in the process until we could get it to pass. We gave Auto Emissions and Repair a call, they were so thorough which was very much appreciated with what we had going on and needed. They did a diagnostic test on it within half a day, suggested what we needed and got our truck to pass the emissions. Also, at the same time our Toyota Highlander was in desperate need of breaks, they let us drop our car off and had it ready on the next day. They do more than just emissions type of repairs. We are very pleased with this shop and will be using them going forward.”
“I was in Newnan from Atlanta meeting my son and grandson for a play date. When I started back home I heard a scary sound coming from the front of my car so loud that it made me feel it b unsafe to drive all the way back. I spotted a little shop with a bay open so I pulled in. I only had a small amount of money and was worried it was going to be a major repair. The guys started looking at my car right away and I was fixed and on my way in 30 minutes and only $20 out of my pocket. I offered a tip but the nice gentleman refused it with a smile!

Brandon, George, Cooper, and Calvin were real-life heroes who got our issue fixed and back on the road to our family Christmas in a flash.
