“My car wouldn’t start after shopping at Publix. In the depth of my frustration, I looked up and noticed I was 30 yards from this autozone. Walking in, I noticed an employee was helping a customer replace her battery. Later I asked this employee if he could take a look at my car that wasn’t starting. He helped, and noticed corrosion around my battery. He cleaned the corrosion and my car started perfectly. I am now a diehard Autozone fan and a loyal customer. Thank you, Kyle Hill, for being excellent at your job, showing excellent customer service, and being so helpful!”

My car was fixed and ready right at the 30 day mark. I had one issue I needed relooked at, and they took it back in with no questions asked and fixed everything for me within a day. They only replaced two of the four. Fast forward a bit, due to laziness, the weights the dealer tech installed over the brake dust, came off, causing the wheels to shake. “I just had my car in the collision center for almost a month... being fixed from being Rear-Ended almost a month prior. Steve, Stephanie, and the others were perfection. They answered all my questions.... even, sully ones and ones that could be common sense. They looked at everything and it was done timely... even through the busy holiday season. I gave them grace and mercy especially when they had to tell me there was an unexpected delay that will cause my car to be there longer.. They worked their butts off. My car has zero issues.
