Terrible customer service William Johnson and Ryan Andrews. There inspector found plenty of hail damage on my roof and Auto owners denied the claim saying the hail was 13 months old and needed to be reported within 12 months. I provided them with additional weather documentation showing hail events twice at my residence within 12 months and they still want to deny the claim. Do yourself a favor and go with an insurance company that will honor the agreement when you need to file a claim.

Absolute worst handling of a claim I have ever seen- and, I've dealt with dozens of adjusters from many companies as an insurance agent! Horrible at calling back when said he would. Piecing things together as cheaply as possible. HORRIBLE!

Gabriel Wharton is the best claim representative you can ask for. Always on top of the situation and very helpful through the process. Even with me calling non stop to make sure everything is still in good order, Gabriel was still going above and beyond to help the situation. The whole team including him are really good at what they do I appreciate all them because, you’re in good hands with them!

My car was hit by one of Auto Owners insurance customers. Now, they are refusing to fix my car properly to get it into the shape it was in before the accident. Kaylee, the claims representative has not been helpful. She claims they want to get my car back into the shape it was in before the accident. But, instead of replacing the damaged parts they want to use filler/bondo to fix the huge dent. I am truly shocked and disappointed in the way this company represents themselves.

Recently I had a claim for an accident involving my 2007 Toyota Tundra. Initially Tonya Riley took my claim, she was outstanding, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Ms Riley had Denise Estle take my claim from initial contact. Denise was the same outstanding service, helping me through the entire process. Both Ladies are a credit to Auto Owners Insurance Company. They both went above and beyond. Thank Y’All!Our master bathroom was totaled, along with living room floor, due to a water line leak. Auto Owner’s Agent, Houston Mabray, arrived the very next day assessed the damage, got ServPro on job drying areas out. Houston worked with us and our contractors through the whole process. Mr Mabray is a credit to Auto Owners Insurance and done outstanding job on this claim, for us from start to finish.

To anyone who has experienced the stress or life altering effects of an accident or an insurance claim, do yourself a favor and make the switch to auto-owners right now! After 2 family claims in a short timeframe and the genuine kindness, promptness, transparency, and ease by which they made the process, I think I’m an auto-owners customer for life. I have never experienced the level of service provided by Kaylee and Denise from any other insurance provider in over 25 years of paying my premiums. I genuinely appreciate these ladies making a bad situation feel a lot less painful by eliminating the need to debate the process or the claim itself. No doubt one of the better decisions I’ve made and a very positive interaction from an industry not known to be very pleasant. I cannot thank them enough!

I am writing this review for my local insurance and the adjuster Mr. Ed Mullins.My local agency is Cole Agency. They did a great job working with Mr. Mullins on my claim.Mr. Mullins was very helpful with my claim. He was very easy to work with. My claim was during the time and still is that it was hard to find electricians and other skill labors. Mr. Mullins was understanding about this condition, and work with me on this situation. He has compassion for the customer but is loyal to the company he works for. This worked great for me. I knew from the begin what I needed and abled me to work my claim knowing what I needed to do. In short, he is great to work with and what his company will do to help you.Wayne Peavy

I’m very very disappointed with the experience we’ve had with the Newnan office Alex Farmer has been useless in our home owners policy. My father-in-law’s condo had a small water leak but they found asbestos and had to remove most of the sheet rock from the bottom floor. Alex came that day and printed out a check and I’m not sure we’ve heard from him since and that was over a month ago I’ve left several messages and even tried other agents but they aren’t big on resolving there side of the problem. My father has been in a hotel this whole time with no answer about reimbursement and no contact at all. I’d advise anyone to find another company to use!
