Visited yesterday and Ms. Alexis, the property manager helped us. We had not rented a storage unit before and she answered all our questions and more. Showed us the unit and was so wonderful to us. The unit was clean, cool, and dry and definitely climate controlled. This property has incredible security, fenced, wired and with a passcode gate to enter. The security is very well thought out and there are numerous fail safes in place. We were given a Thank You bag with our lock, keys, keychains, and the nicest promo pens I have ever seen. Ms. Alexis is superlative and made our day. Her customer service skills are the absolute best. We were very impressed.
