I usually have great experiences here with dropping off ups returns. However, today I walked in with my package and the workers informed me that they could not help me (even though they have before). It was not the nicest interaction. Was a waste of time & will not be returning. Would recommend going elsewhere with your returns.

My dad and I came in to figure some things out for my car and the worker who helped us, Darlene, was the kindest most down to earth soul. She helped us in every way possible and we both couldn’t recommend her more. She made our tricky situation an enjoyable laughing matter instead of an annoyance. Incredible call hiring her.

We were traveling from Florida and had stopped at a restaurant for dinner. When we left, our car would not start. We had someone jump us off and went to the closest auto store. We were very disappointed they couldn't even find the battery to test it. They tried to tell us it was under the main fuse box under the hood and that they couldn't change it but they could still sell us a battery. We looked for an Advanced Auto parts store and the person there, Jacob, was absolutely wonderful. He knew exactly where the battery was and did a load tested it and we did need a new battery. We did purchase the battery there and Jacob came out He removed the old one He cleaned the terminals and he installed the one. Great customer service. Jacob is the man! We were so grateful because we had to be in Charleston South Carolina the next day.

Stock price tanked 35 percent today.Previously $245 dollars a share, now $70Indicates that the people are fed up with the stores & pricing, buying off Amazon

I went in to get my battery tested and the man at the counter said he couldn’t help bc he was the only one in the store at the time. Grant you, there aren’t any other customers in the store and he’s just standing there at the counter. I asked him when someone would be in to help and he said 20 mins. Two other employees walk in and out, none of which say a word to me and no one offers to help or ask if i need anything. Definitely weren’t the friendliest. I won’t be back.

Great place for car parts. Needed brake pads, called on my way there and once I arrived the parts were ready.Professional, informative, detailed. Large supply of inventory. Brand and store brand. Plenty of staff on hand. No wait time.

Had a wonderful experience with an employee by the name of Jacob! The gentleman was very helpful and knowledgeable in regards to my car needs. His customer service and rapport was great! Give that man a raise!

Terrible service. I have been searching all day for a specific valvoline oil, no one has it and the Newnan website says it’s in stock. When I called no one answered I was immediately sent to the automated recording. When someone picked up they immediately hung up to get the customer off the call list. This location definitely does not want my business so I definitely won’t give it to them. Will not recommend the Newnan location not will I shop here ever again!! Waste of time!!
