Very bad service. Goes out on a weekly basis and tech support is usually never any help. They schedule a service call and it comes back up before they come out. Was told by a previous technician that the area is in severe need of software updates. Not sure why there is no priority on that because the issues continue to exist. It’s significantly cheaper than cable internet (ETC for my area) but I wonder on a weekly basis is it even worth it.

customer service is the worst I’ve ever seen they are all foreign and you can’t understand what they are saying and they are no help at all when it comes to billing you ask for them to explain why you owe said amount and they can’t tell you all they ask is how do you want to pay

TDS is the worst internet on the planet!!! Do NOT buy a home where they are the provider. You will regret it. I only give them a star because there is no way to give them MINUS 5 STARS!!! :-(
