“It was fairly easy after having to call customer service about an error message in the contract sent via email. They were able to fix it immediately.
It's a challenge to navigate through the facility if you have a bigger truck. Don't attempt with a trailer.
Upon moving out, the unit was cleaned thoroughly and I notified them with photos to let them know. I'm assuming you don't get your deposit back cause nothing was said about it.”
“Best storage at a reasonable price. My things were at Lumpkin 400 storage for the entirety of my almost 9 month deployment when I came to pick up my things they were exactly as I left them. The facility is clean and felt new.”

Rates are good, the facilities are excellent, and the current management staff (Katie and Luis!) are probably the best staff this place has ever had (Sorry Joe, Sorry Carrie!). They're super friendly, helpful, always available, and keep the facilities spotless and well maintained. I've recommended this place to several friends, and one rents a unit here even though there are several other facilities closer to his house than this one.”

“I've been using Byrds mini storage for over 10 years now, I was in the Dawsonville jack heard drive when we moved to Gainesville I made sure to use them again based on my experience with them. I sell on line so I needed Larger unit my only problem is there is too much humidity I have to use a lot of moisture absorber to keep it dry (behind McDonald's ). I have a second unit passed McDonald's humidity level is always within acceptable range. I will give 5 star for the staff most specially Ms Ann. If not for the humidity level on one of my units I will surely give 5 stars. Will I use them again if I ever move? 100% yes as long as they have a facility.”

“The storage unit we rented was in a location that was in a sketchy location. It was impossible to get a moving truck up the hill. However, once you got into the building, the storage units stayed much cleaner than one of those with no climate control. The items in the unit did not get dusty and there were no pests for the four years that we used it.”
