“Rarely will you find a body shop as courteous and professional. We had a modest fender bender and, after getting all the OKs from the insurance company, took note of two recommendations from people whom we trust...and came to Casey. He could not have been more courteous...and as savvy as they come when dealing with insurance claims. Due to an additional find once the bumper came off (which Casey predicted might be the case), a supplemental communique was sent to the insurance company. No issues so far. We will have to bring the car back to Casey when the part (back ordered) arrives. It will be a pleasure having another experience with Casey and his team.”

“I had a great first experience with Jones Automotive. My Nissan frontier broke down on highway 365. Jones mechanics quickly diagnosed a bad fuel pump and relay. They replaced the parts, kept me informed of other problems they encountered during the process, they worked really hard and did a very thorough job, paying close attention to every detail to fix the problem.
Now my Nissan runs smoother than ever, never skips, and cranks really easily as well. They fixed all the problems I was having in this one visit and gave me a very detailed receipt of all parts and labor that was done. My Nissan feels like a brand new truck again! “I bought a used truck a few months back from a local dealership. Within the two months of owning it, I noticed a squeaking sound and took it to the dealership. I figured if it had something significantly wrong with it, my warranty would cover it (I later discovered that the extended warranty covers very little, despite what it looks like on paper). I was told by the dealership service department that there were no issues.
So, I continued to drive it, but the noise got considerably worse. I told my friend about the issue and she recommended that I use Sutton Tire.
I was given a same-day appointment to have my truck's squeaking assessed. It ended up being far more serious than I thought. Once on the rack and the front wheels suspended, I was shown just how serious the issue was. They were able to wiggle my tire back and forth and up and down. Now, I don't know the technical explanation, but it involved my rotor and wheel bearings. What SHOULD have been caught at the dealership was overlooked and brushed off. Sutton Tire had me back on the road safely within a couple of hours. The price was much fairer than I had anticipated and the service was phenomenal.

Got there at closing, and they allowed us to wait until the morning and were able to pick up a part from another dealer and get us back on the road the next day. Alek found a warranty from Chevy on the issue, was extremely friendly and, got things done. I never had any doubts after meeting Alek with a simple handshake. I wish he was my local Service Advisor. “Recently got a exhaust put on here for my truck, I don’t live in the Cornelia area but I figured I would give them a try and I gotta say Luis and his crew are amazing people, super nice guys and recommend me a good sounding muffler plus the price was really nice compared to other exhaust shops in my town. Definitely will be back for any of my exhaust needs and will recommend them to others. I took my truck to my mechanic the same day for some other miscellaneous repairs and he said the welds on the exhaust were amazing and better than his welds, Luis is a heck of a welder.”
