Not a good place to take your car bad mechanics

Bought a new (used) truck and was told a new battery was installed at time of purchase. Battery still will not stay charged. Called service department directly and was told no battery was installed. Salesman will not call back. Radio stopped working less than 2 weeks after purchase, truck has been in shop ever since (4weeks). Be a warranty or you will be screwed.
