I came in a few months ago to get my screen fixed because my son shattered it and the next morning I had to come back in because for some reason the screen went black and stopped working. Then I came back and they said they would fix it for free so I told them okay. And a few months later it’s black again and I still get notifications on it. I honestly wouldn’t recommend this place because I don’t think they know how to properly fix screens. If so my screen wouldn’t have went black 3 times. Still not fixed & ( Yes this is a new phone and there’s nothing wrong with it I had it checked out already. No I haven’t dropped it or anything the screen is still brand new no cracks ). I will definitely be going to another place next time.
