The shop was always giving me updates on parts and how things were coming along, so I was always updated. Very professional and worked with my insurance, so I didn't have to stress about that part, they took care of everything for me. “Trev with sales at Robert Hudson in Moultrie is exceptional. And that's an understatement. He went above and beyond my expectations (they were low from Tallahassee Ford experiences) but he was the complete opposite of what I've received in the past from a dealership. I expressed my car concerns and he had my car picked up the NEXT DAY!!!! All the other dealerships around my surrounding area didn't have "availability" until a month and a half away with a concern of vehicle safety. “I am from Panama City and I was in Moultrie lastnight for a softball tournament. After the longest day on the field, I went to leave and my car wouldn’t start. I got a jump and got to Auto Zone 10 minutes before closing. It was just me and my 5 year old. April went above and beyond for me. My battery was hard to get to and she had to take off other things to get to it but she told me there was no way she was letting me drive 3 hours with my baby, with a bad battery. I am SO thankful for her and all of her help. I don’t know what we would have done without her lastnight. There still are good people in this world and April is absolutely one of them.”
