I was curious to check out the new Circle K store that opened in Adel, GA. The store looked impressive from the outside, with a shiny sign and a large parking lot. I walked in and was greeted by a variety of snack cakes and treats that looked tempting. The store was fairly clean and well-organized. I thought to myself, “Wow, this is a nice place. I might come here often.”That was until I got to the checkout counter. I had to use a self-service kiosk that was supposed to make the transaction faster and easier. However, I found it confusing and unclear. There were too many prompts and options on the screen that I didn’t understand. I looked around for some help, but the only employee in sight was busy texting on her phone. I politely asked her if she could explain how to use the kiosk, but she ignored me. I repeated my question, but she just rolled her eyes, spun around, and went back to her phone.I was shocked and offended by her rude behavior. She clearly didn’t care about her customers or her job. She showed no respect or professionalism. I felt like I was an inconvenience to her, rather than a valued customer. I decided to leave the store without buying anything. I was so disappointed and angry that I vowed never to return to that store again. And I will make sure to tell everyone I know about the terrible service I received there.Circle K has a reputation for being a convenient and friendly place to shop, but this store was anything but that. It was a complete disappointment and a waste of time. The new store may look nice, but it has nothing to offer if the employees are rude and unhelpful. I hope Circle K will take action to improve the customer service at this store, or else they will lose more customers like me.

The one in adel ga is awful and it just opened . It plainly shows if you buy more than 1 pack of cigarettes the price is lower , but it never changes . well the one lady that works there is down right rude and nasty ... I will drive to Moultrie to Murphy's , from here on out I don't have time for fake prices , and rude people .
