The short man was helpful as well but other employees working around were not. They didn’t even speak or acknowledge you as a customer. “This is my preferred Beauty Master although I have visited several other locations and this is why. The customer service is always on point and the staff is very helpful. I usually only go in to get a new wig (non lace front / synthetic) and there is always someone to help and within reach.
Today specifically, they did not have my first two choices in stock but the associate assisted me with finding a wig that I liked that was available in the color I wanted.
Such an awesome store and will definitely visit again.”
“When you first walk in, you may not be spoken to, but when you get to the register, everyone is nice. They will also let you know about any sales going on. This location is better than the location in Fayetteville and also Locust Grove.”

Helped me and my friend the entire time. Mo, was also great with helping me decide which wig I needed and explain how I can make it work. Very calm vibe and everyone was willing to help.
