I wish I can give zero stars to this location! I came into this location to deposit a payment check into my business account and the teller had the nerve to tell me that she couldn’t deposit my check into my account because if there is no funds to pay for the check she would be responsible and that I can deposit it at the atm. So basically you’re trying to say that I’m trying to deposit a fake check. I deposit big checks all the time in my account. So I told her what’s the difference with me depositing it through the atm or you and she said she can’t do it and laughed at me with another employee. You’re a teller and don’t even make enough money to be acting like that towards people. I guess she was envious of the amount the check was because she doesn’t even make that in a month working as a teller. This location is ridiculous now I see why they always hiring here for tellers. I end up going to the location on Jonesboro Road next to the Waffle House and Krystal, they deposited my check into my business account with no problem and they gave me excellent customer service.

I had an excellent experience with Patrice! She helped me establish my business account and made me aware of the several options that Wells Fargo has to offer their business owners. I loved how thorough she was and patient. I only want to work with her bc of her level of expertise and knowledge and customer service!

While you are at the bank, 6 employees are just chatting while you are making a transaction, and the only solution they suggest to you is for a bank employee who is not at the bank at that moment to come and take care of you. I have never experienced such an irrational event before.

Very BAD customer service, went there to complain about a check that was put on hold. Spoke to the teller and the manager, both said there is nothing they can do. Fine, as soon as I turn and start leaving because I was frustrated, both of them started laughing at me ??????

Love love love !!! After the experience I had at the Stockbridge location I was a little scared and embarrassed to walk into the mount zion location but when I told them what happened the three amazing women at the tellers desk made it all better. They made me feel comfortable even they were shocked at what the Stockbridge location did that they apologized on behalf of the Stockbridge location but it was not mount zions fault on the contrary they made it 10000% better an experience! I did not have to make an appointment with mount Zion to get coin rolls counted and cashed like I was told at Stockbridge. Thank you to the woman that was walking to her office for saying hello to me when I walked in and to the three amazing tellers for making my experience at mount zion and 100% better and actually doing their job unlike Stockbridge. Smh I’m just in shock Stockbridge wanted me to make an appointment to count coin rolls , sorry just no excuse for laziness.
Thank you mount zion ???? my go to bank location from now on’

This branch when you go inside is horrible they always say they can’t help you without an appointment. Even when you have an appointment they find a reason to not be able help you and will ask you to come back. They have no consideration for your time

Was trying to open a personal checking account online (which I rec'vd a promo offer for when i logged into my TWO Wells Fargo credit cards account) & b/c I forgot to unlock my credit report I received a msg stating It must be done inside a branch with my ID. Went to a branch (Saturday morning 9:10am) & female told me she is by herself & only seeing appts only. I said cool so can u at least look at my ID & release the application so i can go back & do it myself online, no she said she cant do that & for me to call cust svc. I called cust svc they said unable to do anything & for me to go to a branch or make an appt. The next available was sometime in January. Rep just went silent on the phone & never came back.. i waited 20 mins & eventually had to hang up. THIS REAL LIFE?? OMG . It doesn't look like Wells Fargo wants new business. This is absurd.
