7/16/2024 around 7p.m. Why would you lock up everything and can't be found when a customer needs something out of the glass case that's locked up. I understand you're trying to prevent theft, but you're also preventing sales. I was sent all around Walmart because I needed some clippers out of the glass case, so I walked from aisle to aisle to aisle looking for an associate after a few minutes one finally walk past so I stopped her and asked for some help she said she doesn't have a key I will have to go up front. I went up front and found another associate, he told me to go to customer service for a key, I went to customer service, and they said to go back to the department and he would call someone
I went back to the department waited for 4 minutes and seen the same female walk past I told her that I,along with 6 other people needed something that's locked up she said that she will get help so I waited another 4 or 5 minutes I got tired of waiting so i just gave up and decided to go to the one in McDonough and why did I see that associate chatting it up with 3 other Walmart workers I just shook my head and left. I hate to say this as a black man myself, but when you go to a retail store or any store in a black area you might as well accept that youre going to get $HITTY customer service, I don't get this bad service in the better locations. Imagine how much money they lost on that shift. They're worrying about merchandise walking out. Imagine how much money they lost in sales. I were planning on spending atleast $300 because I'm trying to cut my own hair now because these barbershop prices are ridiculous, when I got charged $60 just for a bald and beard Trim,I rather cut my own bald n beard WALMART DO BETTER, HIRE BETTER AND TRAIN BETTER because what you have now is ridiculous. I guarantee if I was trying to steal something they would be circling me like some vultures, that's how it be when you don't need help and they think that you are trying to steal they be everywhere but when you actually need help it's like a ghost town like they hide from you and when you finally track someone down, it's just like you didn't get help because they're no help.

On 7/15 my mom placed an order for grocery delivery through the Walmart app, a total of $266.32, when the app said that the order had been processed, the app showed a map with the drivers gps coordinates, and said that he had one drop off before hers. The driver dropped off the groceries, and upon checking in every item, 21 items were missing from the 77 items she payed for. We called customer service, and were told we would receive a response within 48 hours. That night she received this email, (pictured) stating “According to the carrier documentation submitted by the carrier, the correct order was delivered to the address on file with valid item in it. This order is not eligible for a refund or replacement.) that’s $102.63 worth of groceries that she didn’t receive, absolutely ridiculous! How much money is Walmart ripping off customers, if this is their reaction to incompetent delivery drivers?

I walked in at 4pm and there was no line in the money service center. Associate was very nice and professional. Best experience I've ever had at a Wal-Mart.
