Very nice staff. Small parking lot with tight parking spaces. Only allowed three people in the lobby. Everyone else has to stand outside of the lobby. Small office here but does the job. I was in and out today but I can imagine coming during peak time.
The service I received today was amazing. Two nice ladies that move swiftly. The only negative here is that this place is small but other than that everything is excellent. The ladies today were extremely nice and helpful, had to update my review. Good nice people are really worth hiring and it’s contagious. Allowed me to send package in old Amazon bag.

WHAT A JOKE! As soon as I walked through the door they were already caught arguing with other customers on something the customer was very sure of. When it was my turn to return something they said the barcode didn't work and that they could try to scan it on my phone. I went back into my car to bring my phone and the other man told me that the lady didn't say to bring your phone but to print it out! I know what i heard. These employees aren't here to do their job and work with customers but argue with customers and gas light there words.

5 stars for Guetta!a true professional, whose really helpful, and provided great customer assistance on 3/8.All the customers knew her by name...refreshing!Its a Ashame I intentionally passed by Ellenwood up the street from my home, even Rex near byv to receive quality service! Keep up the great service. As Arnold says...I'll be back!

I had a great experience at this location. I’ve been to other post offices that were not nice at all. Quetta and Denise worked up front and they both have great customer service. Quetta was very welcoming, quick, and very very helpful. Denise got on the other lane to help with great energy.

The Cashiers Stolen my Money , You push no cash back and they'd go back and put you got cash So they can still out the registers.They been doing it for a whole year with me. At Forest Park, Georgia Post Office and at Maro George Post Office.So make sure you check your Receipts and your bank accounts.

Laquetta! Very professional, she has a positive attitude, and she always has a smile. I have a post office right directly across from my home, and I wait until this location is open just to get the great customer service that she brings. We need more employees like her.
