This store doesn’t open on time, it smells and the notary is NEVER there. The first time I tried to get something notarized I was told the notary will be there all day the next day. I came the next day and I was told that the notary will be there in an hour. I came a third time around 11 12 o’clock and was told that the notary will probably be there tomorrow. Then I was told I should call before I come in to get something notarized because the notary is always in and out. Which one is it? Level of service is subpar.

This is the worst UPS store I have ever been to. The workers are extremely rude. The store is always cluttered, no organization. The Amazon return it yourself station never has bags for your items. Doesn’t even print the label at the station which to me is stupid because then I have to go stand in that long line to get the label from the worker that printed behind the counter. The point is to have the label print at the station and the point of the station is to return the items yourself so why isn’t this station taken care of ? Like how hard is it to put bags over there so you can put your items in a bag. I would rather drive 100 miles to a different UPS store rather than go to this one which is literally around the corner from my house. Literally do better.

Paid 26.50 for scans to be emailed on 7/10. Emails was never sent. Had to pay another 26.50 yesterday to scan and resend the same documents. The lady who works there attitude is horrible.

The service I experience today was unbelievable. The lady name Oby this is the name on her name tag. The most rude, disrespectful person I ever seen in a store like this, she had no patience for anything she was horrible. Please someone need to talk to her I went to have my paper notarized on 7/17/24 she signed 7/24/24 insane. ALL BECAUSE OF HER ATTITUDE with customers.

This location never opens on time. Operating hours aren't accurate and inconsistent across information platforms (store recording, Google listing, posted hours).

This store is really starting to make me upset. How your store hours say opens at 9am and it’s 10am and you’re still closed. Make it make sense!

Went to the store at 9am to drop off a package. 7 mins later and the store was still closed. Be nice if actually opened on time. Now I have to go back later. Seriously can’t even open on time, employees can’t even do the most basic of task.

I had a really nice young man that helped me! He was super pleasant! I will say that the music that was on had with nonstop F-bombs! As a mom, I just have to say something. I’m so glad my daughter wasn’t with me. But the guy who helped me was fantastic!

The sales clerk just walked off for about 5 min, and didn't say a word. She was ride and mean. She walked off from me twice. I was returning two items. Ive never dealt with a person so rude. Her name is Oby.

Why do you even pay someone to work here? I walked in just now, and there was a customer shipping multiple items at the kiosk but NO ONE in line. I even had the label printed and placed on the box. I ship things all the time, so I know this process would’ve taken the employee less than a minute to do. She said “You can go over there to the kiosk and follow the prompts to ship your item.” As I’m now having to wait for the other customer, the employee proceeds to start texting on her phone while opening up a sandwich to eat… So I have to use a kiosk, which is designed to bypass waiting in line, while the person who is BEING PAID to be there sits and texts, eating her sandwich? I’m not surprised this location has 1.8 stars. This was 04/20 around 1:20pm. She’s a light skinned black lady. Sort of has an accent. Seems to be the same employe from a previous post a couple of weeks ago. Why does she still work there??
