I would give this place a zero if it were an option. My package has allegedly vanished after I was told by a representative that they have it at this location. This place needs to be THOROUGHLY INVESTIGATED! Do NOT do business with UPS Mail Innovations, unless you want to lose your clientele. I certainly wish legit businesses would read the reviews first.

MOST DRAINING PLACE TO WORK FOR, CRYSTAL WILL CLOCK YOU OUT EARLY WHILE YOUR STILL WORKING STEALING YOUR TIME I WORKED MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY MONDAY'S ARE THE WORSE AND MY CHECK WAS BARELY $400. ITS A LOT OF STEALING THERE EVEN SOME OF THE SUPERVISORS ARE IN ON STEALING CELL PHONES IS REALLY BAD THERE. THEY WORK YOU LIKE SLAVES FOR HOURS AND ONLY GIVE YOU ONE 30 MINUTE BREAK. CRYSTAL SHOWS FAVORITISM AND HAS ALREADY PLACED NAMES OF PEOPLE ON HER WHITE BOARD WHO Hasn't SHOWED UP YET SO YOU WILL HAVE TO WAIT TO SEE IF HER FRIENDS OR FAMILY SHOW UP BEFORE SHE DECIDES IT WOULD BENEFIT HER TO ADD YOUR NAME AND LET YOU WORK. EVERYTHING IS UNORGANIZED AND THEY ARE CONSTANTLY NEEDING NEW STAFF BECAUSE PEOPLE WILL QUIT ONCE THEY SEE HOW BAD IT IS WORKING HERE.

Package has been stuck in Morrow "en route to USPS" since March 16th. Today is the 28th. Every day for several days system updates say it will be delivered today, and every day it lies.

Unable to get a hold of customer service. Package has been stuck in “Departed facility, USPS awaiting package” for almost a week now. 99% sure at this point my package has been stolen. Please stop using this service. I had to reach out to the company that shipped my item to please pursue further action. This unacceptable.

Worst job ever I got hit on my first day of working by an employee operating an forklift he ran my toe over with the pallet that he was pushing with the forklift the manager crystal is very unhelpful they lie saying he was never operating the forklift . DONT WORK HERE Then When they are fully staff they will send you home even if you not scanning or doing enough for they standards you are wasting your time they only pick who they really wanna stay and send over 20 people home .

My package has been sitting here since 1/18/2024 with no update.Editing this after looking through all the other terrible 1 star reviews with the same issue. How is this place even in business?The owners should be ashamed. It sounds like they are purposely stealing packages because it’s an ongoing issue with everyone who has a package going through this facility.

Finally able to contact UPS regarding an important package that had been sitting in Morrow for three days after the package scans, which had shown as being scanned into Morrow’s facility at 6:52AM on 01/04 and 3:52AM on 01/05, randomly disappeared. UPS stated that there’s nothing that can done and to contact my sender, as the package is considered lost. It’s amazing how a package can be scanned at one moment and be considered lost not even 8 hours later.

This service sucks! If I could give zero stars I would! Twice now I’ve had packages that I had to basically HUNT down because the tracking just stalled and didn’t move for 10+ days. Oh but as soon as I contact UPS they say they can’t do anything (because of it being UPS MAIL INNOVATIONS) and to contact the sender and I do it all of a sudden magically starts moving again. Hmm! surprise surprise!If something is sent UPS it should STAY with UPS and not be handed over to USPS halfway through because that’s where 100% the issues lie. Also every box I get that goes through UPS MAIL INNOVATIONS comes destroyed and I have to send out for replacements.

Morrow, GA is THE WORST at delivering packages! If your package gets in the hands of Morrow, be prepared to wait at least 3 weeks, or longer, for Morrow to get around to delivering it to USPS. You can track your package day after day after day, and find that it's still sitting in Morrow. You'll start to wonder if it's lost or stolen or are these people completely incompetent?? All you can do is call customer service at the company you made your purchase, and let them know your package is lost in Morrow hell.

You can't come here to deliver, I arrived on time for my appointment at 8 am they immediately gave me door 7 to unload and it's been more than 3 hours and they haven't unloaded me, after 3 hours I went to the office and they told me they didn't know that I was parked at gate 7 to unload, that's so you can see the lack of organization they have

I have been waiting on my package to be transferred to USPS for over a week. On 11/18/23 at 8:16 am my tracking status was updated saying it departed this facility and is pending acceptance at USPS. USPS has never received my package and by looking at these reviews they never will. I’m glad I paid attention to my shipping and didn’t wait hoping it would be delivered because I would be out of luck. I ordered something for my trip in two weeks and it should be here by now. I contacted USPS and UPS and no one has any information on UPS Mail Innovations. If you’re ordering something under 2 pounds just pay the additional cost for express if you want to receive your package.

If you place an online order and these people are used for shipping, RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!! They were quick to pick up my package and they were just as quick to set it aside somewhere (no one knows where) in Morrow, Georgia, and to never find it again all the while insisting that "it's on the way!". Daily tracking shows - for months now - that "expected delivery by 7PM, today!" with the date advancing to "tomorrow" now for months. They do anything and everything they can possibly do in order to prevent the issuing of a refund or the shipping of a replacement package. If you did what these people do while willfully and maliciously telling the lies they've told, it would be prosecutable as "theft". But, since they claim to be a "company", it's just "a minor oversight" which costs unknown numbers of people how many millions of dollars? (My order was worth just over $550.00.)Added: We've now made it to November and "UPS Mail Innovations" is still showing my package as being in Morrow, Georgia "awaiting pickup by USPS". I've decided that this must be a government operation since they claim to always be doing something but nothing ever gets done.

I really believe something is going on when packages is going through UPS and they get to Morrow Georgia all of a sudden no movement for days and you never get your package. This is BS!
