“We rented a car from Hertz for 45 days. Picking up at the Atlanta airport was very straightforward and the employee at the counter was very friendly and accommodating.
Everything was easy when it came to dropping us off and Lisa Ashford drove us straight to the airport in her car. She is very competent sock her colleague Amber.

“A lot of people stretch the truth about this company. If they aren’t getting miles they are more than likely not trip planning properly. The terminal in Atlanta was down because of drivers being careless the only issue I had was with the shop but it’s mostly because they are very busy most days. It’s a good company good pay and if to are willing to work they give you miles. They are very understanding with your situation and your home time. The only reason I’m not working there still is my fault and I’d love to return if I could”

“I wish there were more locations, but I'm pretty happy with the service here in Atlanta. I started using Zipcar in Boston, and kept my membership when I moved down south. I am able to walk or MARTA almost anywhere, but sometimes I need a Zipcar to get something at IKEA or pick up a friend from the airport in style. Zipcar rates and ease of rental are ideal in those situations. For rentals longer than 6 hours, it may be worth the hassle of going to a rental agency, because the price gets out of hand. I never really use more than $10 worth of gas, and car rentals can be $50 a day with insurance, while Zip is about $70-100 a day. I feel for the other reviewers who had poor customer service, esp. the one who had difficulty getting gas. But, the times when I have had to call customer service, they have been prompt and helpful and reasonable.”

“I needed a non-emergency transportation company to safely transport my wheelchair-bound husband to his appointments and to other events as needed. After a Google search, I found P & M Transportation. P & M is an excellent company which believes in providing excellent, reliable, and efficient customer service. From the first phone call, I detected efficiency, compassion and a good listening ear. I decided to book a trip. I could not have been more pleased! The driver arrived on time and was neat, clean, very friendly, professional, and extremely safety-conscious. He made sure that my husband and his chair were both secured and that each strap and buckle was engaged properly. The van was clean—inside and out and there were no disagreeable odors inside. The GPS system used was top of the line and helped the driver avoid and circumvent traffic snares, thus enabling us to get to our destination without having to spend time in stalled traffic. The first trip with P&M convinced me that I had found the right company for us. We have since used the services of this excellent company many times and will continue to do so as long as we have a need. I recommend this company without reservation.”
