I was prepared for a long wait because I’ve never had a quick experience at other shops I’ve been to in the past. Boy, was I wrong. It was the fastest and friendliest service I’ve ever had! My family, dogs and I didn’t even have to get out of the car. We were in, patched up, paid and out in less than 10 minutes. And the gentleman who helped us was so positive and upbeat! 100% recommend this shop! A+++”

“Oh, where do I begin! What a wonderful business with first class service! Last Friday, I was driving my partner’s truck to the airport and, in my haste, topped off the fuel tank with gas instead of diesel. About ten miles down the road I could tell something was off, at which point I mentally replayed the stop at the gas station and immediately knew I’d made a HUGE error. I quickly pulled off and called a couple of shops near me. Neither of them worked on diesel engines, but the second one told me to call Barber. “They’re honest and they’ll do right by you.” AND THEY DID!

This could have been a horribly stressful time but Ben was such a pro and was a calm in the storm. I had the truck towed and within an hour and a half of the discovery I was back on my way to the airport.

For the duration of this situation, I’ve been communicated with regularly, and they have provided very detailed and itemized pricing for the services needed. Luckily enough for me, all I needed was to drain the lines and clean the filters and I was good to go. They did discover another issue that needed immediate attention and were able to take care of that while the truck was still in the shop.
