“I had a pretty great experience there. They don’t answer the phone, but it rolls over to a service person. I got an appointment quickly to repair two tires. The staff were very nice and friendly at the Morrow location and they completed the job in a timely manner. They went over what they did and complimented my old truck. I usually go to the Sharpsburg, Georgia location. The tire staff people at that location do not have good customer service skills. So the Morrow location was worth the drive. I will go back.”
“The guys here are honest and don’t charge for a service unless it’s absolutely necessary. I trust them and drive all the way from Midtown to them. There have been times where I thought I needed a new tire and they told me that I do not and I can hold out for a few months.”
“I've almost always been pleased with my service at Firestone in Morrow. I would like for them to contact a customer if they are having to keep the vehicle for more than a day after drop off. I had to call to see what the status of my car and repair were since I was originally told they would be able to finish it that day. I understand that there were issues with the repair but a call to let me know that would have been greatly appreciated. Other than that one thing they are extremely professional and let me know the exact details of the repair.”
