I placed an online order and I wasn’t notified if the order was ready for pick up. I decided to go up there and it was available for pick up. I assumed the person who filled my order paid attention so I didn’t check the bag . Soon as I got home to check my oils one of them was empty. My other experiences were great...

As a cool date night idea, I checked this out. My one and only issue was the greeting and seeing what assistance I needed. I literally had to ask them for help. Now, once I did get that help, the young lady knew her stuff about the products to be mixed and what was being sold. So 4 out of 5 is about right for a review.

my experience is just the opposite, customer service was ok but I don't smile the scent doesn't really have a smell as loud as they are in the store if that makes sense. but I plugged it up today and it hasn't lit up yet and that was 5 mins ago
