Genuinely nice people. However, I purchased a $200 studio mixer and it had a damaged hard drive (I honestly don't think they knew). I don't live in the Atlanta area so I couldn't attempt to put it to my computer until I got home a day later. I called and left a vm but never got a call back. Sucks to be me. Lesson learned.

Came in to find a nice cocktail ring and left out with a beautiful necklace along with my cocktail ring. Great customer service, they will definitely get my business in all my jewelry needs.

I have been doing businesses with Southland Pawn for several years. The owner and staff are amazing and patient. I shop with them all the time. When I being merchandise to them I get Top Dollar. I would recommend them to anyone. They get the highest rating from me because they treat me with dignity and respect every time I come in. They are truly The Best Pawn Shop in the land. DT

Everything was negotiable and save alot money than ordering on eBay. Anything that was sold but didn't work correctly can easily return with in 30 days.

Went in for the 1st time and received excellent service. Caught him right at closing and he still assisted me. He fixed my chain and got it looking brand new!

The absolute best pawn shop on the planet!!!! Greatest customer service of anywhere you will go…. really nice friendly encounter and make you feel right at home. Really great with customized jewelry and great prices for everything.

The owner had great energy and the remainder of staff was extremely helpful and kind. They also had a very nice selection of rings and I was able to sell an old engagement ring.

Thief’s! I’m a truck driver so I stopped by while I had a few hours to get my chain fixed. When he first inspected it he snapped it again creating 3 pieces he apologized and said he could fix no problem. Was in such a rush when I came to get it back I didn’t realize he only attached the 2 ends and kept the 3rd didn’t realize until I notice my chain smaller.
