First time here. Employee's. Music were good for mostly kids on a Saturday afternoon. Price fair. Concerns are the skates we received. Size 11 literally was busted wide open on the front of BOTH skates. Meaning I could stick 3 fingers underneath and touch my kid toes. The other kid, size 5 literally had no cushion. Steel base could be SEEN and felt. Granted we had extra socks, but skating on steel when the tops of the screws are sticking up a little is not cool.

Would be ok if bad @ss kids wasn't up there fighting....ah had my 6 year old with me....so hea is my thing right. The owner um presuming was on the loud speaker trying to get the children not wearing skates to leave...which was an awesome idea. They definitely need to beef up security... not all of the kids was bad, but for the number of security guards they had they are definitely outnumbered. That no skates no entry needs to be policy... even for parents like myself who had no intention on skating....debatable if um gonna return

Let me be very clear, I have never attended this place, and never will. I just moved from out of state and looking for a rink for my 2 kids. The owner most definitely proves how unprofessional they are just by reading the replies alone. I am appalled by the replies, never seen anything like it!! My mouth litterally dropped, especially when I read a customer being called a clown. Wow. My biggest fear isn't safety, pricing, or how bad the food may be, but being treated in a rude, agressive, condescending and unprofessional manner by the owner. And not because of not 1 negative review, but simply by the way the owner presents themselves in their replies. To the owner, as a business owner you should know that you can't make everyone happy, but learn how to take constructive criticism and grow from it when you can. And even though you clearly disagree with every negative review (which all can't be wrong) there is a much better way to respond rather than speaking in such an aggressive and angry manner. Ive read another comment that also mention your replies. Take heed to it. This is the epitome of why black owned businesses have a bad reputation. Of all the Google reviews I've read, this is the ONLY company that I've come across with such unprofessional replies. Please do better. I'm sure I'll get an unprofessional reply as well lol. Stay blessed.

**OWNER IS UNPROFESSIONAL**Owner is very rude and unprofessional. I inquired about the price of admission parents have to pay to chaperone their kids. Although, I don't agree, I understand it is a business. She allows kids to be there without their parents, but do not want to be held liable when something dangerous happens. While sitting alone at the table supervising my child, I was confronted by the owner because I questioned the price. She was very confrontational. I didn't quite understand why I was even approached. She doesn't know how to treat customers. She talks crazy over the microphone yelling at skaters. A customer should feel comfortable in asking questions and not feel threatened. I know this place has been around a long time, but I think it is time for the elders to retire from the business. Do not take your kids here.

Will never let my child come back to this place,(and it was because I said so don’t try to piggyback on what I said because that night they said she could come back. I said she will not be back so make sure you have your information correct!) Owners and workers are very unprofessional, and do not do their job properly. Need to do better as a black business. And you’re right it starts with the parenting. Your mother! should’ve did a whole lot better with teaching you respect and how to be professional when running a business. You got involved with personal business that had nothing to do with you and put my child out because your friends with the other group , and when my child told you, she had nothing to do with it you proceeded to put her out anyway and not the others, (I need a remind you they didn’t even get to fighting or fussing, someone from their side, walked up on my daughter, and she still did not fight or argue) so you need to be more professional with your business and Mind a business that pays you!! You need to be working on that raggedy building you got got a big TV and but can’t afford AC need to be ashamed of yourself Smdh.? and it’s funny to me how do you know what situation I was talking about because I didn’t put it In my first post like I said, you need to stay out of people personal business!!Like I said, I standby what I said you’re still clearly Unprofessional as on all your reviews anytime someone say something negative to say you have something to say unprofessional and PS my daughter was NOT the only problem let’s make that perfectly clear! I can’t even bring my bag in there with my skates.. can only be a clear bag. But what is the difference? One you can see through another you can’t they’re still checking them. Very stupid rule. Skating rink isn’t even all that, just upgrade your security system like cascade or the other skating rinks. Unbelievable

I don't usually leave reviews, but I LOVE this place! I started coming here when I was younger and now, I bring my own family. The staff & the owners are very sweet people, but they don't play about the rules. I'm truly shocked when see some parents get an attitude because they don't want their kids to follow simple safety rules of their rink and I speak for all good parents when I say if you don't want your children to follow rules, then please stay home because this is not the place for you or your unruly children but if you're looking for a place where the whole family can have some fun and have a great time, then I would recommend Skate Zone!

very unpleasant, the place was very full to more than its capacity... it was not safe for me or my children... you cannot go skating because everyone goes at an unstoppable speed that they collide and people fly away... it was The most horrible experience I've had in these places ?

The owner is rude and unprofessional. I wouldn't be surprised if this place is closed down in the next few years.
