It's a SCAM. The furniture is overpriced and cheaply made. DO NOT shop here. Their customer Non-Service is the worst! They sold me damaged furniture. I couldn't see it until I took it home and unwrapped it and they refused to exchange it. They wrap the furniture up in plastic so you can't see it until it's too late.

7/14 DON'T TRUST THEM. The finance sources are LEASE PURCHASE AGREEMENTS not 90days same as cash or $52.00 on the first of each month. 7/31 AMERICAN FIRST FINANCE deducted $800.99 from my account not $52.00. VITO told me "he didn't understand why, this was the first time he had heard of this ". He referred me to AFF who told me this was a LEASE PURCHASE and they didn't offer 90days same as cash and never heard of a $52.00 payment. Now Vito sent me a video copy of the contract which contains an 'E DOCUMENT " WHICH I DIDN'T SignBeware of this company as well as AFF. Store closing sale. But when negotiating prices he wanted the money first but we did not want to pay for furniture that they don't have on hand. Because we don't know the legitimacy of the store. He kept comparing his company to rooms to go and when my brother said that rooms to go is a big company and that his company is a pop up, He got angry and told us to leave and that he won't sell it to us. Not even at full price. He said he's a pastor, idk what pastor will cop an attitude like that. He had painted black sideburns connecting to painted white gold tee facial hair.

Just happened across the store saw that they were closing thought we could go in find some deals was told originally all prices were negotiable and within the negotiations one of the sale representatives coped an attitude because we were expecting to get it today and not leave them with $4,000 and wait and hope that a closing store was going to eventually turn up with our furniture and told us to leave. Will not be returning even if they open another location.

This local furniture place located in Morrow, GA near to Southlake mall is a best one with great deals if you are looking for any household furniture. This store has a lot of great furniture options that are affordable and of great quality. I just got my coffee table from here which is perfectly matched to my living room area. They made this a great shopping experience for me. The owner goes above and beyond to ensure that you get everything you need. Very well made furniture at reasonable and affordable prices. Salesman David was the man who helped me. Very helpful and friendly staff. Ample free parking in and around the store. I would definitely will be a return customer. I definitely recommend them.

I did save, but what I have to tell isn’t good.It worked out for us, but buyers, beware.We purchased a dining room table set here. During the transaction, we were told that they would have to get the items from the warehouse, which would happen Monday/Tuesday, and then we could pick it up. We were also told the set would be fully assembled when we picked it up. Based on that, we borrowed a tape measure and specifically measured it so that it would fit in our truck.We picked up the set Tuesday, it was not assembled, and it was wrapped with a significant amount of clear wrap to protect it. As I unwrapped the table, I noticed a small but substantial scratch on the table, and it appears as though a repair was attempted as it was tried to be buffed out. You can’t see the damage when you pick up the furniture as it was wrapped up tightly/nicely.The store has a no-return policy, and when we called, we were offered to choose another table or to get $50 off because the table was conveniently discontinued by the manufacturer. We specifically selected the size/shape that fit our area, so choosing another table from the store that we did not choose in the first place is a ridiculous solution.After some back and forth, we were given 20% off. However, the whole ordeal left a bad taste in my mouth. Someone knew that scratch was there and still sold us the table that was conveniently discontinued. Our salesman said he was a preacher and spent time quoting the bible, which probably should have been a red flag. As I said, they offered a discount and made it right, but if you shop here- beware. The discount made the overall cost of the table not worth going through a credit card dispute, but honestly, the whole thing feels like a bait and switch.

I give this company a 2 star because the saleman was very nice. Buyer please beware when buying anything from this company. After spending over 1000 dollars on a table set, which causing us problems after 2 weeks, the owner was very nice of fixing the problems. We must do extra research on anything we buy these days. Iam very disappointed at this morrow ga location.

Within the first week of me getting my bed it broke. I called and spoke to someone they said they would come fix none ever came. I had my man put bricks under it which by no means should I have to do being it’s a brand new bed I paid almost 2k for. Strike 1000 is the speakers going out on the bed. Definitely wouldn’t recommend. Wish I would have followed my first instinct and went to rooms to go.

Fraud activity. Would not recommend. Customer service is piss poor. Elderly mental and emotional abuse by one of the employees who claimed he is a pastor. Stay away. Do not patronize
