I waited from 12 to 1230 my entire lunch break. And nobody had come to open the store it says the business hours are 11 AM through 10 PM but I guess that's except at noon till whenever the hell they get back glad to drive across town for this I'm just gonna go next-door to the other Vape shop that's open

Kay and Brendon are always pleasant and helpful when I shop. Also, they are both pretty knowledgeable about the products carried in the store so it makes for a smooth experience and come away knowing more than when I walked in. Thumbs up!!!

The store and selection are ok but it's the people who work there that make it a great experience every time!! Very friendly, patient,and KNOWLEDGEABLE about what they sell and if they don't know they be looking it up before you ask! Great people A++

I love “Sam’s Paradise Vape Shop”!! It is directly across the street from my neighborhood location so that’s a big plus!! The staff is very knowledgeable and, they all give excellent customer service!! They have a point system for returning customers, which is just another reason of many I have made this my “go to” Vape/ Smoke Shop! 10/5 stars! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I get the same product at this store as I have at the other Sam locations and it always seems to be much weaker at this store like they cut it down with something.

I’m leaving a 5 stat because the staff Garret and Samantha are amazing!! They were very welcoming and informing. However, the last time I went there was a staff member who wasn’t so welcoming at all. He didn’t greet me when I came in nor when I left. He just had this “I don’t want to be here” attitude and I kind of regret leaving a tip. I love getting products from this location particularly because of the friendly staff, so it’s a bummer to run into someone not so friendly.
