Lines can get long... Opt for cashier to ring you out. Lanes are more organized and move faster...update... They now have cameras at the exit that take pictures of your cart.. Amazing

It's pretty sad I have had a membership here for years but this place is going downhill fast this is not the first time but I had to post because we pay for a membership for what ? And I just read some reviews and they are not any better so I might not be renewing my membership and why other clubs are opening up around here and management doesn't seem to care

Very strange situation here today. The meat section is almost empty no seafood and a few random packs of meat and that's it. Whats going on Sams???

Went today to pickup my Curbside Online Order and it was pouring down raining. When I got home and looked at the roasted Chickens, they were burned and the Salad mix was already going bad!!! So frustrating!? I spoke with Customer Service who apologized and refunded my money. My hubby was not happy and I've had family tell me, I need to consider Shopping at Costco. I have been a SAM'S member for more than 18 years and I'm beginning to feel like the quality of their food has declined greatly! SOOOOOO SAD!☹

This Sam’s is hood!!!! Horrible customer service waited 30 mins for 2 ice creams!!! I ordered from my app skip the line and still had to wait 30 mins.Not to mention they hired some young girl who yelled at you the whole time! And the ice cream was trash!

Manager wouldn’t allow return on meat even with me just checking out! I didn’t have the physical card and just wanted it returned. All of their meats look old and most are in the cooler areas wide open! I didn’t realize how bad the packs of ribs looked until I was out of the store. Maria was one of the managers who refused to make the return from a purchase that was less than 30 minutes ago. This isn’t my home store and will NEVER be! They lack customer service and cleanliness! Biggest mistake stopping by this location on my way home from work! Maria also decided to have a nice nasty snarky attitude when asked about the policy she conveyed. I went back into the store and asked to speak with the store manager over Maria and she just called some other lady over the phone. Not knowing I looked the store manager up and it’s showing a man so that’s just someone she’s probably friends with. I would say they need to close this location but then others would be out of shopping opportunities. If you’re a long time faithful member like myself, you know the up keep we expect. This place gives the Sam’s club history, a bad rep.

Tried to call this place because one of their club members STOLE $865 worth of food stamps from me, I wanted to see if they could provide me with some help and no answer several times. I live in Ohio so it’s not like I can just run over there and ask! If one of the employees has a heart or the owner please reach out to me. They stole from my children’s mouths and I’ve already gotten the police involved so the least you could do is tell me a name.

A blessing for purified bottled water, and tissue prices. One of only a few places that still offer samples of food & drinks before you buy. Awesome pork rib prices this past weekend. The biggest drawback was the extremely long lines for checkout and parking.
