Terrible customer service at the pharmacy. Spoke to a rep as well as the pharmacist. “it's not what you say but how you say it”. I called to see if a medicine was available and was told they couldn’t tell me if it’s available and the later cut me off while I was talking to tell me she can’t tell me if it’s available. I called other locations and they were able to disclose it. The pharmacist wasn’t any better with her tone. Having a disabled child is hard enough. Try to be kind!

Came in for some deodorant and dental floss (2 easily traveled items to take back home). SInce it was on a Tuesday there were no crowds and we were able to get in and out with ease. Store was very clean and signs for each department easily displayed and easy to find.

The dynamic duo Ronnie & Josh are amazing!!!! These two young men were every bit of professional when delivered my items to my car (with all smiles). Their customer service was awesome from the excitement in their greeting, inquired about my day, then requested I have a great weekend. The dynamic duo are awesome .

what I am noticing is that Sam's Club is not always checking to see if a person entering the store is a member or not.A person could simply flash a card or something that looks close to a Sam's card , and that's it , and they are in..on several occasions while shopping in the store , I have noticed personnel coming in from the streets to sleep on the displayed furniture.it not a good look for Sam's allowing that to happen.I asked a Manager if they could do something about it because there were members wanting to check and test the furniture out and possibly purchase, but was hindered by the persons actions that was sleeping on the furniture. The manager stated that they have been told not to bother a member if they are sleeping on the furniture.And for the safety and security of the Manager , I choose not to mention their name.So I guess Sam's don't care about Paying members that is complaining just as I am.It's not a good look , it's not safe and It's not fair to the Paying Members for Sam's to allow people to come into the store and sleep on the furniture. Even if they are a paying member , it's still not fair , and it's not a good look!!!

This location is not budgeted for the influx of customers. Literally, line, after line, after line, after line, after line, line, line, and more lines of customers at the undermanned cash and card only checkout register(s). Now let's include the hotdog/pizza slow line. Logistics ready . . . Not!

Sam's Club is an membership only warehouse chain selling a variety of bulk grocery items, electronics and home goods. I got a Groupon for just $20 coupon for one year subscription. Great deal, please check it out, you might find one if interested. Prescheduled Club Pickup orders will still be available for pickup starting at 7 a.m. Members also enjoy exceptional warehouse club values on superior products and services, including groceries, pharmacy, optical, home furnishings, office supplies, TVs, and more. Sam's club is a shopper's dream.Everything you can possibly imagine you want is here and at reasonably priced. Friendly and helpful staff. My go to place for my bulk items. This store is well stocked, good deals, fresh meats, produce and decent deals on oversized televisions, but well worth the membership. Milk and eggs are very cheap over here. While you are here check out there food stall. Their pizzas are very inexpensive and tasty. Plenty of free parking in and around the store and good gas prices. If you are in the area please do visit this location.

I just renewed my membership so I figured I'd drop a review. Location and Parking Sam's Club is located on Jonesboro Rd. in Morrow, GA, not far from the highway. This location has a fuel center as well. Venue and Atmosphere Sam's Club warehouses are huge, and this location is no exception. Show your membership card at the door and wander into the snack aisle. The thing that I don't like about this location is that the clothing and plant selections are often lacking, but the food and pharmacy do not miss. I love their rotisserie chicken and their pizza slices are cheap and come in a variety of flavors. They also have special sundaes throughout the year (birthday cake and brownie Sundaes, yummm). Service I always receive a friendly greeting and assistance whenever I have questions. Verdict I'll be back to get some "cheap" gas next week.

Probably the worst Sam's club in the Atlanta metro area! Employees aren't very helpful and when they are, they have a big attitude! The selection here is also very limited. You often find more items in Brookhaven or McDonough. I come here for convenience but when I have time, I rather go to the ones further out!

There is a wider selection at this Sam's. The wait times are getting better, depending on the time you shop. However, why are pets allowed in a place where food is being served, now? I'm not talking about service dogs. These are pets riding in the carts. WHY!?! UNSANITARY. I will shop elsewhere if that is a thing now.

Every time I stop by one of there freezers is out and there is yellow tape surrounding it. A lot of helpful friendly faces and a few that will make you count to 10 before responding. Very busy store on weekends.

My first experience was with Anjelika. She called and asked a pharmacy in Alpharetta to fill my prescription, making sure that it would be there. My second experience, Anjelika researched and ordered it and I picked it up the next day. My last experience was much different. I received a text to refill. I responded and then received no other correspondence. I called because my history and all other information disappeared in the app. I had to call again to inquire and was told that it was in stock in Duluth. Depending upon who you encounter your experience will be much different and they don't order less common meds for their customers on the Southside.
