I took my Vw there and was charge $1200.00 for a problem that wasn't fixed.. After the 1200.00 was spent they told me it will take another $1800.00 to be drivable.. The car wouldn't even stay running.. Water was pouring from the engine.. I had to get my car towed from there after I spent $1200.00 with no positive results.. THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN.. BAD BUSINESS.. STAY AWAY.. DO NOT GIVE YOUR HARD EARN MONEY TO THESE FOLKS..

I took my truck in to get a diagnostic. They told me I needed a whole new engine. I got a 2nd opinion. This auto shop told me I only need a coolant fan. S&M were going to charge me $3000 for a new engine. When I only paid $500 for parts and labor. I do not recommend this place. It took them 2 hours just to diagnose my truck. I took my car in at 11. They go to lunch at 12. So I there for over 2 hours just for them to tell me my engine was bad. Always get a 2nd opinion

My AC will not work in my Honda Accord. I had somebody put in a new compressor, change the belt, and charge the freon. But my AC just blew hot air. Could not figure it out . But when I took my car to S&M Auto a mechanic by the name of Grenada took it apart and realize that, when my AC was put in, it was put in wrong, and one of the pins was bent. He was able to straighten the pin out and save me tons of money. I am taking my car back there if I have any more problems and I will suggest you do the same??

Terrible experience! I’ve brought both of my cars to them for the past 2-3 years and nothing has been fixed. Every time my car has a problem, it SEEMS to be fixed but starts to have problems, along with other problems they “recommend “ needs to be fixed. NOTHING is and was fixed. They just wanted to keep me bringing my car back to them and I finally caught on to their scheme. I had a Mercedes and Audi , both not outdated vehicles. Should be running very well but due to incorrect maintenance they are both down.

Too bad I can't give this place no stars. I should've listened after reading the poor reviews. Fortunately there are other repair shops in the area. The owner does not care about the customer only about the money. Not sure if the young lady is related she had no interest in providing any kind of quality customer service. Don't settle call other shops for quotes this place is extremely unreasonable.

Do not take your car here they are a rip off WARNING WARNING... They Tried to charge me $1100 dallar for a tune up on a 90s model chevy. I checked round other shops the highest was about $280 dallars for a tune up. The owner is very very rude he charge me $75.00 for a Diagnostic just to tell me he was not sure what it was but maybe it could be a tune up for $1100 dallars thats crazy...BEWARE GO HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK........

Very friendly and nice people, they fixed my Lexus is250 bumper in just a couple of days after I dropped it off. They even let me wait inside after closing till my friend picked me up. Their price was fair and reasonable especially compared to other places that charged me twice the price for stuff I didn't want to get fixed.

I'm surprised by the low ratings of this place, but most reviews seem to be years old, and written during the height of the pandemic.This shop has helped me out of a lot of tough spots. I had a broken axle and they fixed it almost the next day!I've had a lot of work done, including replacing my bumper (something that I had to fight with Maaco about for a whole month, and S&M got it done so quickly).They give me Fair and honest quotes, and tell me what needs to be done without hesitation.The one thing I have noticed (that kept the review from being a 5) is that sometimes the miscellaneous parts aren't put back with care.

Very thorough and detailed. Price was reasonable compared to other shops. Be prepared to leave your car, if you're having major work.
