They check your bags purchased so I can't give no more than one star.
That makes the ross line. I understand sams club check receipts but they have self check out.

management does not care about its customers, all they do is gossip and make fun of people who come into the store. I wish corporate can do something to fire those people out their positions. They love to cause drama and bully others like they are sooo childish. DO NOT COME HERE PLZZ

I like Ross, A LOT, but 7/20/24 the checkout line was backed up HORRIBLY.
The line was near the back of the store. I waited in line for over an HOUR to checkout.
I'll continue shopping Ross, you should aswell. Just make sure you plan ahead, have nothing else to do, eat, use the restroom, feed the dog, water the plants, & mow the lawn before shopping there,
and build up a tolerance for screaming kids, & frustrated adults. Everybody was red MAD.

All Ross are a Personal favorite. Their hours are always extended and usually you find something for a reasonable price.

I love myself some Ross BUT I think this ross on Jonesboro rd in McDonough Ga i dont believe the supervisors have a passion for the job or the people ? shop there i think they need to be reminded that folks who walk through the door or the ones who make pay check

First there's an infinitely long line to pay for your purchases . Secondly after you've stood in line then paid for your purchases. Before you can leave, the store personnel needs to check each of your bags and match the items with your receipt . You can't even comprehend how long it took to finish my shopping. A line then another line?....Amazon is much easier. IT WAS WILD!!! On the bright side the prices are very good. Otherwise I would've given this store 2 stars.

This Ross is conveniently located, but in general I prefer to go to other locations. The stock is average and in other Ross stores I tend to find more quality and designers I like. The staff is ok and so glad the store renovated and moved the check out area. It seems more efficient now. The store recently seems to have increased the amount of merchandise they have and hopefully this means more selection for its customers.

The manager, Jennifer had a customer who was throwing items at her across the counter because a “return” did not go her way. Although security felt the need to get involved, Jennifer remained professional the ENTIRE transaction. Jennifer did not become aggressive with the customer and handled the situation very well. Thank you, Jennifer for being an amazing example.

Manager Jenifer handles conflict well. She had an irate customer who was extremely rude and held her cool and still served the customer. Ty for being a great example to your employees.
