It was my worst experience in a very rude nail salon, the whole person didn't want to work and they weren't even that friendly to ask what I wanted on my nails, they didn't ask me anything, they gave me whatever they wanted with the dirty things they used with the last client. It was the worst and $40 just to paint my nails because they couldn't remove the ingrown nails I had, I had to do it myself at home, they should close it if they are going to have that kind of dirty and dirty attitude 0% recommended ??? ???????????????

I wanted to get my nails and eyebrows done for my sister's birthday, I checked the website and it said it was open. I missed a day of work just to get there and find out it was closed.

I got a sea salt pedicure with gel polish on Tuesday 8/8/23. Right big toe un even.i was leaving for a trip the next day .the Callous on my feet was still there.

I have been a loyal customer at regal nails, the morrow location for over 6 years. Lo'ann was my nail then during that time period. Management has changed to a man by the name of Michael. For starters he is the rudest individual I have experienced in all of my years of visiting this location. Secondly, the quality of service and cleanliness has deminished. I left repulsed at my nails and disgusted with the lack of customer service. The picture I provided was supposed to be a frosted nail, but it resembles a glob of glittery glue. Some drastic changes should be made at this location. Morrow regal nails is usually thriving with business, lately the place is empty. The new management could very well be the issue. There has been a dramatic increase in prices and a decrease in quality service. Michael's attitude truly, definitely isn't fit to service the public and it sucks

THEY ARE RACIST!!! Black people spend ur money else where LAST WEEK my hispanic bestfriend came and got the same nails PLUS DESIGNS. for 30$ but when i came they charged me 40!!!! i asked if i took gel off would it be a difference and she said no !!! but when i got my mother involved it was other wise. AND DID NOT GO BY THERE PRICE LIST . FULL SET GEL LISTED 23$ But for mines 40because i want long nails?? NOT EVEN THAT LONGServices: Acrylic nails
