Just left this location waited in line over 20mins just for the gurl to say they out of chicken and about to close. What happened to informing the customer so we won’t be sitting there like idiots thinking we going to get food. Piss poor customer

If I could rate this Popeyes a zero I would. Ordered in the drive thru (I was the first car in line), asked to pull forward for them to never bring me my food. Went inside to check, they gave it to another customer. That customer also came back with my food that they then TRIED TO SERVE ME. Asked for a refund because I don’t want food that left the building and was brought back (obviously). “Manager” caught an attitude, gave me the wrong amount of money and then refused to give me my receipt to SHOW that he had given me the incorrect amount, AFTER TRYING TO SERVE ME FOOD THAT HAD ALREADY LEFT THE BUILDING. Customer service nonexistent. Customer service: non existent. Food: idfk, it was never given to me. Atmosphere: another manager watched this happen from across the room, so there’s that… 0/5 would never recommend.

THE YOUNG GIRL WORKING THE WINDOW ON 3/3/24 AROUND 7:00 PM WAS TRYING TO CHEAT FOLKS OUT OF THEIR CHANGE. TELLING ME WE DONT HAVE ANY CHANGE. THEN,WHEN I TELL HER I WILL JUST PUT IT ON MY CARD. THEN, SHE SAID IT WAS TO LATE THAT SHE HAD ALREADY RUNG IT UP. THEN, ISAID SHE WAS CRAZY. THEN, SHE REACHED ON TOP OF THE REGISTER AND FOUND SOME CHANGE.

To whom it may concern I came in to this store on 2/27/24 at 8:17 pm to get some chicken like I've done in the past I've had good experiences in the past up until now, to continue I walk in within about 4 mins this guy waited on me (host 10170#), I ordered the 4 piece meal I also ordered macaroni cheese, mashed potatoes, coleslaw this happened out of the blue he tells me not to worry about it I'm not going to you charge for the mashed potatoes, coleslaw I didn't ask him to do this i said ok! thank you I went an sit down to wait till my number to be called a couple seconds later he calls for me to come and get my food as I was about to get my food ("he said are going to give me couple dollars and then said I'm not going to give your until give some money then saids I'm just playing") so I got my food and sat in the lobby to wait on my lift driver while I was waiting I Saw him in the lobby I asked him were you serious about wanting for money those sides "he said yes give me 5$, then give me 3$" I saw no when wasn't looking he came around me and took the two sides out of my bag I was in shock he took the 2 sides and, put them on the corner I heard him bragging to this tall guy he was about 6'4 tall dark skinned he was a young guy he told him about what he did I was shock I've been stressed out ever since this encounter took place, i havent been able sleep i felt violated, I called the Stockbridge store Thursday and talked that manager she told me that I need to tell somebody at this store that's in management. Hopefully this want happen to someone else. Thank you,Tae I still have the receipt. just in case you need info from the receipt.

When this location opened, they were great. Now I’ve gone by twice which both times I had to go back because my sides are skimpy. The containers are already small but then they give a half of a container of food. This is crazy for them to think this is okay. How I have all the meat with 2 spoons of rice. Smdh!!!

Placed a mobile order at 10pm when on Google it states that it is open until 12am. Arrived at 10:30pm. I see that there are people cleaning up and all the food is put up. However, no one has came to the window to ask if they could help me. Again it states on Google that this location is open until 12am. Why are they closed before 10:30pm?

They overcharged me $33.44 for a $5.99 wings and a classic sandwich and refuse to give me my money back. This franchise is stealing from customers.

Went tonight. Line was long. Cool, I get It! We have labor shortages and staffing issues worldwide. Placed an order via app. Get to window and my order is wrong. And I have to pull around for the other half of it. A young lady named Chyna approaches the window. Points at a spot and says “you need to pull up, it ain’t ready, and you holding up my line, running up my drive time”. No hey sir, how are you, etc. Just rude. I had To go inside to get my order, where the manager, I’m assuming a shift manager, named Chris did absolutely nothing to mitigate the situation, as Chyna suggested that I reach out to “Shaniqua Hodges”the store manager and insinuated that nothing would happen if I did. Just unprofessional and disrespectful.

This is hands downs my favorite Popeyes to go to in Georgia period . The staff is always friendly and professional and the food usually don’t take too long . I always get the same meal but if i get an Oreo cheesecake again and not receive a dam fork to eat it with , ima scream ! I know it seems trivial at base but if i specifically ask for forks, napkins and condiments and never get them , it’s starts to get irritating ! If that’s fixed , it would be 5 stars hands down !Edit: i have since changed my review from 3 to 5 stars because they seem to haves remedied my issue

I had to stop eating, every piece of chicken was uncooked looked like old meat. Not to mention they barely gave any fries and they tasted like they hadn’t change the grease in over a week. They literally stunk like old grease. I actually feel sick…

Every time that I come.to.this location, I have an issue. When I went through the drive thru today.I asked and paid for six jalepeno poppers. When I got home.I only had one pepper. So I went back and this time I went inside, I told the manager the issue and he tried to put 5 peppers in my hand. I had to tell.him to put them a bag. Now I'm back home, ready to eat and why the mac and cheese is overcooked. I am so disgusted.

Visited Popeyes recently and encountered a mixed experience. On the positive side, the food maintained its high standards, delivering the mouth-watering flavors Popeyes is known for. The crispy chicken was spot on, and the sides were as comforting as ever.However, the dining experience was overshadowed by significant operational issues. The most prominent problem was the exceedingly long wait times, a clear indicator of their popularity, but also a sign of inefficiency. This was compounded by frequent instances of them running out of certain menu items. It's disheartening to spend so much time in line, only to find out your favorite dish is unavailable.Adding to the frustration, the lobby closed earlier than the posted hours, limiting dining options and convenience for customers. While the quality of the food is undoubted, these logistical issues significantly detracted from the overall experience. It's a reminder that good food alone doesn't make a great restaurant experience; operational excellence is equally important.
