This is the most sorry USA Murphy around here. Every week you can look for it to be an issue. There's always something wrong with their card machine. They also close early on many occasions, saying the system is down, or they spend ten minutes or more in the bathroom. This is the only one for morrow, Riverdale, and Jonesboro. I shouldn't have to go Stockbridge, Cleveland Ave., or Hampton. They make too much money there to have so many inconveniences. They need new management, who really knows how to run a business. Start off by getting a new credit card machine. It's always down, by now you would think that would've replaced it by now, like I said... NEW MANAGEMENT!!!!!!!!

I recently visited a Murphy USA gas station and convenience store and had a disappointing experience. Upon entering, I was in the process of selecting a drink when another customer came in to purchase a tobacco product. The cashier inquired about his birth date but didn't bother to verify it with an ID, which struck me as a bit lax in terms of standard procedure.My own interaction with the cashier was equally underwhelming. Despite my greeting, she didn't acknowledge me. I had to prompt her to enter my phone number for the rewards program, and even as I left with a polite farewell, she offered no response. This lack of basic customer service is concerning.Given this experience, I feel compelled to reconsider my patronage. Customer service is a significant aspect of any retail experience, and unfortunately, Murphy USA fell short in this regard. I plan to use up my remaining points and then find another store that values and respects its customers.

Good customer service alway but today may16 ,2023 I stop to put gas and had to tickets I knew one was a winner $10.00 the guy check the first one gave it back to me he check the second ticket he said his not a winner bu I’ll can throw it out for you so why didn’t he told me on first ticket I like to try out workers when I got to any store how honest are they but definitely the worker disappointed me wash out murphy at Walmart in morrow I’m not saying is all workers first time it happen .

This Murphy gas station is located in the parking lot for the Morrow Walmart Super Center. Very neat and clean maintenance. This is only gas, no store or attendant nearby, all self-service. Cheap and affordable prices. You need Walmart membership or credit card for access. You also have a air station for car tiers in the same location. If you are in and around you need to check it out.

Walked in to get gas the lady behind the counter didn't speak so I said good morning she didn't say anything so I said good morning again and she looked at me like I was bothering her and she said good morning with a complete attitude on her face and from her mouth I mean I come here all the time I have no issues with people but I guess she just wasn't having a day but she needs to have a better attitude it's only 9 in the morning and she has an attitude.
