These unprofessional jerks have misplaced a lot of me and my daughter’s clothes and when I make complaints and ask about it they accused me of lying and said nobody misplaced my clothes when I first started washing with this company we had multiple sets of uniforms and now both my child and I are sun to 1. I spend so much money in this establishment for them to not care about all of the items that have been misplaced a sock here and there is one thing but to lose an entire wardrobe and no one Fix it is a problem!!!

The women that work during the day/afternoon are very nice. They make me feel welcome. I like that the establishment is clean also.

Not sure if I've gave a review yet, but I come all the way from Jonesboro just to do my laundry here. I have attempted to go to a few closer to home, and each time was a "I should've just went to Coin Laundry" moment. Very clean, no bad odors, no roaches, and all machines work!!

The laundromat is very very clean the washer and dryer ARE brand new the staff is very nice welcoming and courteous today was MY first time and it won't be the last time it's a nice atmosphere of people

I use to love this place. I use to drop off my clothes and come back the next day and they use to smell so fresh and clean the old staff was so polite and friendly. I recently just moved back from GA anxiously waiting to comeback to this laundromat because they washed my clothes the best. When I first came back I seen they had new staff. The Hispanic girl was definitely ghetto but I didn’t care because she was down to earth and made sure my clothes was clean but the middle age black woman that’s there now is very unprofessional. I paid $174 to get my laundry cleaned and left a $20 tip for you not to use any laundry detergent or fabric sheets. When I came in I spoke but she was to busy on the phone and looked like she had an uneasy morning. I gave her the benefit of the doubt. Now like I said I haven’t been here in a while and in the past how they weighed my clothes was by the bag and added it together at the end. So I guess they changed it and want you to do it all together, so I’m trying to talk to her to get clarity because all my clothes clearly wasn’t going to fit on the scale. She looks at me irritated as if I told her to work there. When it was time to take my clothes off the scale she told me to take them off. Like ma’am aren’t you supposed to take them off on your side so you can wash them? I let the little misunderstanding slide because like I said she look like she was having a bad day. Later that day around 7 something I got the text saying my laundry is done. And I’m thinking impossible because my laundry had never been done the same day especially that much laundry. So I came the next morning in good spirits and she still look and acting the same from the day before. So I just make the transaction quick grab my clothes pay and tip and leave. I get home and find out that MY CLOTHES ARE STILL WET FOLDED IN A PLASTIC BAG. Now the clothes that’s hanging up I understand but my regular clothes ?. They smelled like border line mildew and none of my clothes looked or smell washed. I will NOT BE COMING BACK AND LET EVERYONE I KNOW DROP OFF AT YOUR OWN RISK ! BRING BACK THE OLD CREW BECAUSE THIS NEW CREW IS NOT IT !

Shannon is amazing. The customer is top notch. The machines are clean and you can use chase tap pay instead of the ? and paying that fee.

Only been here once so far (to wash a load of my boyfriends clothes that he had worn while working on his truck) so a pretty nasty load of laundry to test out this place. I cant complain, i was able to use a much smaller washer than i had exspected and dryers did good, got clothes dry in about 20 mins! Place is clean!

This is a good and convenient laundry service, clean and airy.The woman at the counter was friendly and enthusiastic to help me when I first used the facility here.Thank you, and I will definitely have to come back here.I introduced it to my relatives, and they went there that afternoon.
