Terrible, I went to pay for my 105.00 line, I passed the girl 120.00 and she didn’t give me any change, and when I got home I realized that she only made the payment of 95.00! What happened to the rest of the money? ??? terrible service

I walked in wanting to inquire about getting and upgrade the lady at the counter must have been having a bad day sometimes the system goes down it happens but lose the attitude. She walked up to me saying i was talking to you from over there i wear hearing aids i felt like she was fussing i was waiting for my daughter i saw a cust go in when he walked out i asked did it seem like she have and attitude and he said yes....

ZERO STARS. CASH ONLY IS A LIE; MANAGER IS POCKETING YOUR MONEY FOR SERVICES THAT SHOULD BE FREE. Go somewhere else. The first guy at the counter lied to me (said they can't swap SIMs from old phone to new phone in store), the second wanted to charge me 15$ for a free service and lied to me as well, and the METRO PCS call center CSR was very confused as to what was actually going on in this store, as they assured me that they should be able to swap my SIM cards, and register my IEMI number. Straight scamming in this place. I had to call Metro, for service....when inside the Metro store. Absolutely terrible service.

I had the best customer service when I purchased my new LG L9 smart phone. When I told the sales rep (Sara) that I was with Sprint and needed to keep my number she explained that I would receive money by mail in rebate for switching companies. I am so happy I switched not just because I'm now saving money but the LG L9 Is so smooth and fast, I have no contract, and now I'm with a company that believes in giving great customer service.
