Every interaction was semi pleasant but didn't get me any closer to getting what I needed. First they don't answer the phones and when they do, they say they'll call you back and don't. On multiple occasions I waited weeks for any responseand ended up having to go there in person. I waited a month to get my money back for services I no longer wanted, they wasted my time telling me they wanted to buy my car and didn't. When I tried scheduling my car pickup, they kept pushing it back and when they said he'll deliver it, he kept pushing that back! When my wife finally went, they had her wait until she got impatient, and they "forgot" to give her the doors I already paid for. Then when I scheduled a time to get the doors, the owner wasn't there, wasn't answering the phone and and nobody knew how to help me. When I asked them to call him they said "no" and I argued with them until he arrived. Also he lied about how he was going to do some of the repairs. Never again.

I thought my 2005 Honda Pilot with 300,000 miles needed a new engine. One car repair shop thought that I should junk the car. M & D Auto checked and found that the deceiving noise was a cv axle. So, for less than the cost of another engine, we got the axle replaced and our air conditioning repaired upon request! Thanks for catching that analysis before replacing the engine unnecessarily. The car, now with the a/c repaired which was long overdue, feels brand new! PS. They accept cards but be prepared to pay card fees.

This is how the work looks after repair, not fully brewed and not painted, Quality?, time took 3 months, only promises tomorrow after tomorrow.Not recommend

I do not recommend this place. Very unprofessional. Car has been there for four months and I have been constantly told that it would be done by a certain date but was never finished. Does not answer phone calls or texts. Have spent over $400 on gas alone to go there and talk. Was repeatedly told the car would be done week after week and every time the promise was not kept. I told him I needed the car done months ago but instead they worked on other customers cars that came in after mine even as far as taking my car out of the booth to repaint someone else’s car. Til this day, I have not gotten my car back and it has been there since December.

I took my White Chevrolet car there for the first time they told me that they would run a test to find out the problem but did not they just start guessing about the repairs and fixing things that did not have to be done at the present time repairs that could have waited and charge me to fix the repairs said that I needed them they did address and fix every thing but the problem that's poor business skills andnot professional my first and last time going there please I will advise you to think twice before you go there.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I had a bad experience here. The employee in the shop was very rude to me when I asked certain questions about the car at pickup . I do not think they are as skilled as they claim to be. After reading some other reviews, I see that I have had the same experience as some other people.- Took 2 & 1/2 weeks for a job they claimed only takes a "couple days"-The work was not done correctly. I had to take my car to a different mechanic 3 days after pickup. Just to fix the steering problem they "claimed" to fix.-Way overpriced for unfinished work.Would not recommendServices: Tires
