Purchased a refrigerator from Lowe’s outlet Marrow Georgia at a really good price, but on the day of delivery I had to call several times about my refrigerator being delivered. I was given a time slot between 11:00 and 3:00 they didn’t arrive until 7:00. I watched them get off the highway which' is 2min. from my house, it still took them 30 minutes to deliver my refrigerator after seeing them getting off the highway.

New appliances that are still in the box at discounted prices. They have different colored tags. Green 30% off, Yellow 50% off, Red 75% off. I would suggest a warranty. Don't forget hoses for the washers.

Great prices on appliances. They have a huge selection of refrigerators and a good bit of dryers and stoves but only a few washing machines when we went. Staff was friendly and very helpful.We bought a washer and dryer. Took it home and hooked it up and started to test it out and it was very obvious right away that something was wrong with the dryer. First it kind of made a scrubbing noise when we turned it on then it turned back off and wouldn't start. A minute or two later we tried it again and it worked but it made this really loud noise like it was screaming and there was a smell of burnt rubber. We immediately unhooked it and drove the 30-45 minutes back up to the store to return it. We were very upset and very unhappy about our purchase because the employee told my husband that they test everything before they sell it and obviously that was not the case. Now we were having to burn more gas and take more time out of our Sunday to get a dryer that worked. When we got there an employee named Tony helped us out. He unloaded the dryer and we found another one that would match the washer we got. He even took the new dryer we picked out and hooked it up so we could see and hear that it worked perfectly fine before we bought it. Tony was super helpful and did an excellent job taking care of the return and loading up the new dryer. We left there very pleased with our experience which I didn't think was possible before we arrived. We would gladly buy appliances here again and recommend them to all of our friends and family. Thanks Tony for taking our bad experience and turning it around into a positive one. You're the best!

We were looking for a stand-up freezer, and one of the reps sold us a refrigerator instead - we were advised that this is a combination of both.I informed the store manager about the situation, and we were taken care of with great customer service. Thank you!

Very disrespectful managers (Talayna and Jeff). I needed to buy two washing machines, I looked at all of them and identified and took pictures of the ones that I wanted. I went and found an associate (Talayna) to go ahead and make my purchases. I showed her the pictures of the ones I wanted and we walked back over to the washing machines and another customer was looking at one of the ones that I was going to buy. I said “too late I’m buying that one, it’s mine”. Talayna had the nerve to tell me that the other man is looking at it. I said “yeah but I’m buying it, I already looked at it, took a picture of it and I want to buy it”. She ignored that fact. The other customer then said that he would take it. She could have told that man that she was sorry but I already identified and decided to purchase that washing machine but instead, she allowed him to have first choice to buy it or not, even though I had already looked at it and was already ready to buy it. I asked her if I could speak to her superior but it turns out, she is one of the managers, so I spoke to another manager (Jeff). Jeff sided with her of course. But I actually got happy when he said, “it’s first come first serve”. I said “exactly, thank you” because I thought he meant me. Because I saw the machine first, I said I wanted to buy it first but somehow he was actually talking about the other guy. Once I realized that he wasn’t talking about me, I walked out of the store and took my money elsewhere. He (Jeff) also had made a smart remark and asked “was there anything else you were looking at?”. Both of them were very disrespectful and acted like I wasn’t even worthy of their respect at all. They didnt even care to apologize to me or show any sign that they cared in the slightest bit. I called corporate and filed a formal complaint. If they get demoted or terminated, then I will shop at Lowe’s again. Until then, I will go out of my way to never give them one more dollar in this lifetime. And both of my businesses require me to constantly need home goods and make repairs and improvements to properties. So hey Lowes, you just lost a good customer; even though I know you could probably care even less than those managers at this outlet.
