Mr. Tony deserves accolades for his patience in assisting me to get a replacement refrigerator. He assured me that Lowe’s outlet would continue working with me until the store got it right and finally last Saturday I got a working appliance without any major issues. Thank you Mr. Tony!!

This place has a wide selection of different appliances.Charntelle assisted my family and I by showing and explaining the differences with the refrigerator. She was very patient, and very knowledgeable. She had outstanding customer service skills. We all loved her service and are happy with our purchase. Definitely coming back to purchase other items.

I have bought 2 refrigerators and a washing machine. A+ staff yes its busy and you have to wait your turn but the prices are great. I bring a trailer so I dont know how the delivery service is but I know how other stores delivery services are so...oh and last thing you can buy the warranty for 3yrs too! So why not buy a half price appliance!

I have had the best customer service experience from an employee named Daryl. He has gone above and beyond to help me and our family get all the appliances we need for our home. He is very knowledgeable and extremely professional. He is the reason we continue to go back to this Lowe's and I highly recommend anyone to go to this location for any appliances needs.

It's ok. Mostly last years models at normal sales prices. About 25% off retail in most cases. Selection is fine, but chances on a daily basis. Worth checking out when you are shopping, but not worth the 1.5hr drive we took to check it out. Wait for a good sale at your local shop, and you will get similar prices.

This store is great for buying your fridge, stove, and other items like laundry and washer dryer. Highly recommended. However you need to keep in mind that you have to look into the items in detail. Before going there, make sure that you have taken note of the space dimensions for fridge or other items. Also make sure that the door and house entry allows moving the items.In terms of quality of the items, you should make sure that items do not have major damages. I have bought 5-year protection plan for the items I bought. You could also save in cost of the protection plans if you buy more than 1 item. Also they have delivery for 125$ (if in the neighborhood. ask them about it) this is the price for any delivery(1 or more) not the per item.The only downside of the store is that they are under-staffed. You may need to wait longer. I was there in a Wednesday which you may assume that it should not be a busy day. But still it took a long time for checkout and payments.The cashier who was handling our checkout, made a mistake during the checkout. That person was really tired and that was the reason. Finally the store manager helped and handled the checkout. The manager also did a mistake in price which I noticed and she fixed it.They are very helpful but again understaffed. You may not have your questions answered by them but you could open home depot app and Lowes app and check the models of your items and their specifications. Compare prices and etc.I did prepare a list first and then short listed items and made final decision on which items to buy.Overall, I had a great experience. They delivered the items on the next Monday but this could change based on their availability.Anyone who is in Atlanta and close by, they should take a look at this store before buying any large household items. Because the deals are unbeatable even after buying the protection plan. Also you may have a year or more of manufacturer warranty which will make the shopping reliable.Enjoy and happy shopping!

Very nice little store with heavily discounted, returned and slightly damaged appliances and other items. We found dishwashers, refrigerators, mini fridges, microwaves, lawnmowers, coolers, ovens and ranges all for good prices due to being returned, floor models, or slightly damaged.

Purchased a refrigerator from Lowe’s outlet Marrow Georgia at a really good price, but on the day of delivery I had to call several times about my refrigerator being delivered. I was given a time slot between 11:00 and 3:00 they didn’t arrive until 7:00. I watched them get off the highway which' is 2min. from my house, it still took them 30 minutes to deliver my refrigerator after seeing them getting off the highway.

New appliances that are still in the box at discounted prices. They have different colored tags. Green 30% off, Yellow 50% off, Red 75% off. I would suggest a warranty. Don't forget hoses for the washers.
