Well I'm on my fifth car from this dealership. I've had to do some work to my vehicles just regular maintenance. But you know the service and the vehicles must be good for me to have purchased five within a 4-year time frame. The truth of the matter is that I recommend this dealership to all my friends and people that I know that are looking to start over.

I’m writing this review because it is very important that people know about how terrible of a business this is! This place is a full scam! Their vehicles are trash ! I brought a Toyota tundra 3k down payment on march 16, the first day I test drove the truck the check engine like come on. They tested the the check engine light and it was an o2 sensor. Ok, not bad that’s fine so I brought the truck anyways, replaced the o2 sensor the next day. The same day I replaced the o2 sensor the transmission start acting up. I called them, and sent the truck back. I went to pick my truck up on the 7th of April. Mind you I’m still Having to pay 500 for the repairs, as they claimed they paid 1500! The guy dean is a liar and a whole jerk! When I went to pick my truck up! Dean was gone driving my truck to the grocery store! When he had no right to be driving my truck! Before I paid the money for the repairs they supposedly fixed I wanted to see the repairs made and the itemized receipts. I was told that I couldn’t that I had no right to see anything about my tuck that they claimed they fixed! The check engine light come on again while the guy DEAN was driving my truck without permission or rights! Called the police and nothing Happened! I gave the truck back to them, kept my money because they don’t deserve a dime nor my business! This place needs to be shut down! I lost 4k due to this scam place ! They’re crooks! They don’t like men, and take advantage of woman! They don’t even deserve one star but I had to put a start to make the review ! Please do make the same mistake I did! Do not go here and please check the reviews! I’m getting a lawyer!

Business hours are not correct on Google or business signs. There is no place to park or turn around at the location.

Worst place to get a car in the world, nothing is modern, and if you need a car quickly like urgent, you so l still can find a better place then this I promise please beware if the car true condition as well.

Very Dirty ppl they wanted my car because I had an insurance claim they kept my car and got money for it repossessed on it and wouldn't take payments until the adjuster came once the adjuster came he wouldn't let me pay and then repost on it once he received payment these ppl are evil asf they stole all of my possessions out of my car I had to get a lawyer please stay away from here the cars are trash and they are trash ppl they took all I had left of my grandma her ashes in my necklace I lost ever I had in that car I pray God does his big one with these evil ppl I think God for my lawyer

They were honest with me and I felt comfortable buying such a big purchase with them, like they were family. Dean Brown and Chasity were just the best <3 I’m very thankful. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone not even if you have no other option I’d rather walk before ever going here again they will overcharge you for a down payment & they’re selling cars that they know are messed up I got a nice Cadillac from here didn’t have the car for 2 days it cut off on me on the interstate I had to leave the car there then I called up there to try to work things out with dean he said “oh no the owner won’t allow any payment extensions” took the car to a mechanic shop the timing jumped 2 teeth & that’s why the car was acting up on me & I put down 2500 dollars then they wanted me to pay them another 900 dollars I’d say it’s a total ripoff. I hate I wasted my time & money that I can’t get back & they don’t really work with you like they claim they will.

Purchased **** ****** Quest Feb. 2022. I've been trying to get Me D to look at the van every week since I purchased because of the way it was running he always has an excuse or the staff has an excuse. I put **** down. 300 a month to date and 2 days ago the transmission went out. No apology D told me and my daughter the well you signed the contract that states it's as is. REALLY even the sensors for the doors just stop working. I'm on disability and can't afford to replace a transmission when I was told that the vehicle had been checked out thoroughly my neighbor was with me and her would have the oil changed and all lubricants taken care of he didn't. Do Not Buy here. They also refused to give me the owners information.
