“My fiancé presented me with an engagement ring that I initially liked but I didn't love. So, I asked my fiancé would he be terribly offended if he and I designed the engagement ring together and of course, he said no. Then he referred me to Rodeo Jewelers.From the moment I stepped in the store, everyone was willing to listen and give advice needed to help me find the perfect engagement ring. I showed Shenul one picture of what I wanted and immediately she gave me a price, color, cut, clarity and carat of the diamond and also made suggestions on the band setting. At the end of the day, I was completely surprised. Even though I helped design the engagement ring, I was so surprised it turned out way more beautiful than I could have ever expected. The center stone is 2 carats and the side stones have to be at least .5 carats. I was set on a 3 carat but that wasn't quite in the budget. Shenul assured me the 2 carat would be just as beautiful and she was right. You guys custom made this ring just for me and exceeded EVERY expectation!!! I can't stop looking at it. Will definitely be calling you for the wedding bands!”

“Ive been coming to this Spencers for years and my experience has always been pleasant. Ive never had a problem with customer service and I always find the items i need. I normally just come here for nose rings but every now and again i may buy me an animated tshirt which they always have a sale on. Thanks staff for being so pleasant everytime i visit. One of the most pleasant stores in the whole mall.”
“Owner was very nice and the prices were fair. I had a ring polished and another ring's diamond reset and it was $20.00 each which seems to be his minimum per service. Both ring's work wasn't the BEST but it was still good for the price. He also has a few knick knacks and novelties for sale in the store and some are a bit expensive. I did end up buying an electronic component and didn't mind the bit of extra money since he was a nice guy.
He doesn't seem to have much jewelry so it seems more like he's a jewelry repair place than an actual jewelry store. A lot of reviews don't mention that he's Vietnamese which is an important note to make, we have a lot of Vietnamese in this area so he can be quite helpful to those who don't speak very good English. I spoke to him entirely in English and had no issues.

“Unfortunately I was wrong about Bella’s Jewelry, at first (Sami) the sales man helped me out, I took a chance, purchased a Rolex Datejust , I was aware of it being previously owned, they promised an appraisal paper and a box, Sami made a payment plan for me $6,000 dollars later , they send me a watch , the date dial had faded numbers , the box was horrible , and no appraisal paper was given, I gave them the benefit of the doubt , I live in New Jersey . They made it up to me and sent me a new box and the full appraisal paperwork I needed!”
“Upon arrival, the woman who pierced my daughters ears was a little short and snappy for someone who is about to perform this service. When asking about the earring prices she was very impatient. During and AFTER the pericing she warmed up a bit. She just comes off nasty. But at the end of the day she did great with my daughter's ears.... so far so good”
