Scam ALERT!! RUN FAR AWAY !! I know these 3 scammers personally. I bought a car from them in May, and I should have known when they lied on the description of the car to stop and not do business but because I knew them personally I continued (biggest mistake). The car was not inspected, I’m not sure if they even drove the car with the amount of issues that were wrong. They didn’t let me do a test drive because the original person I worked with had left early so he sent me to one of his co workers which didn’t know anything about the car. Needless to say, integrity is not what they are trying to be. They’re in the business for the money not to actually have integrity. They let me off the lot with two lugs on my back wheel and the way I found out was when I took the car for an oil change. SMH. I hate I even came to them. And to think these are husbands, fathers and most importantly men of God , distasteful!

Terrible people!! They sell cars that look good but have mechanical problems and they will not accommodate everyone for the inconvenience! My mother had to pay a couple thousand to have her car fixed for something that should have been handled by them BEFORE they sold it to her. She was still paying car notes and insurance for a car she couldn’t drive. They could have at least given her another car to drive while hers was at their place of business for so long before finally going to a dealership to get fixed. And they have the nerve to be called Integrity smh!

Honestly you can’t do business with your own ppl. God was giving me all type of signs not to do business here but I ignored them. They try to make u write a good review before you leave the dealership but this place need to be reported. I purchased a car Feb 10, 2022 (A Nissan) it took them over a hour to get the vehicle unlocked so they dropped the price (so they say) because of the wait but that’s a lie. before i got to my house all type of lights came on and the odometer wasn’t working, so the next day they allowed me to bring the Nissan back and chose another car. I should’ve got my money back and left but they let me test drive the Kia. Baby looks can be deceiving the body and the interior on the car is perfect and it drives good when u just test driving it around the block but since I had this car it has been in and out the shop more than it’s be driven, the vehicle stall and sometimes lose power the crazy thing is my check engine light will come on then go off so it makes it hard for the mechanic to figure out what’s going on with it. I tried to go get my tag before the temporary tag expired and the representative at the tag office had to issue me another temporary tag because they didn’t have my paperwork ready. Honestly I’m out of thousands of dollars dealing with this dealership and I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone.

Never again! My friend who referred me has apologized to me PROFUSELY for ever suggesting this place. Customer service starts off nice but then you realize you're dealing with FOOGAZEE!! I can only suggest if you choose to buy a car from them: CHECK THE DIAGNOSTIC or check Carfax??

I recently purchased a pre-owned Kia Cadenza 2014 through this dealership. We didn't buy this car off of their lot. We found the car ourselves and arranged delivery via the dealer. Our sales agent was Richard Stuart. He was very helpful in guiding us through process of our selection and financing. Richard's attitude was superb, courteous and friendly. Never did my wife and I experiencing any pressure selling or misinformed information about the vehicle. We were very happy with our purchase and the car was in good condition after a pre-op inspection. Our vehicle had only 59,000 miles on it. Richard also provided us with an extended warranty plan in addition to GAP insurance for our protection. What a lucky buy and positive experience. I bought at 2013 Lincoln mks from the very first day I've had a issue , I have to jump start my car everytime I get in it because it doesn't keep power , they mechanic is a homeless person . They turned over my car to him 3 times each time for a week and the same exact issues is occurring . It's Pass 45 days and I still do not have a title . They rigged a emissions in the system so that I cold get a tag , but I just went and got one and it didn't pass when I went FRAUD !!!!!!!!!! My sensors for parking will not cut off even when I'm parked !!!!!!! I hired a mechanic and ask for them to just buy parts I'll pay for labor , they had me come in and try to sign a contract stating that is didn't allow them to fix my car . I can't fill my gas tank all the way on F if I do my car will leak gas . Please don't waste your money I have to take them to court just to get this resolved they won't even resolve it !!!!!! They don't even get a point for effort if I could take that stAr back I would !!!! They are horrible people don't even answer my calls about the title anymore

This place is awful. There name is Integrity Auto and they display none at all! I was sold a car that stopped working the very next day. Yes, the next day! What did they do? Absolutely Nothing. I know there are Lemon laws and vehicles are purchased, "As Is", but expectations are that the vehicle runs longer than one day. I believe they take advantage of women and purposely sell us vehicles with major issues. Ladies beware!!! I'm more than disappointed with this "black" owned business. I should have taken my money elsewhere. Furthermore, you should definitely look into changing your name, because you definitely DO NOT operate with integrity!
