Disorganized. Multiple point of sale payment systems don't work and staff seems to run around constantly with customers waiting. Getting answers by phone is nearly impossible.

This one need to orientate the staff better because the person young girl at the front desk on the left-hand side has no skills no social skills. You didn’t know what she was saying mama Lynn didn’t tell you what she was doing if she was helping you or not it was the worst . She is the wrong person for that job

Hertz over all is great Rental company. Over the last 10 years I have always rented from Hertz, both personal and business. I have always recommended friends and family to rent feom Hertz. However, I will say that the Hertz at 6850 Mt Zion Blvd Morrow GA is a disgrace to the reputation of Hertz. I hope this review makes it across CEO Gil West attention. The Branch Manager Carl should be fired, he does not represent the brand. His leadership is very incompetent, he is very rude unprofessional. Seems like he is never working. He seems to be always on his way to work at 11am or always stepped out. Carl’s leadership qualities also shows up in his people. They are dismissive, rude, zero sense of urgency and flat out disrespectful. I will never do business here and i recommend that people do not rent from here. They over changed me for a fuel charge that was not supposed be even be a discussion. The price that was booked on Hertz.com and the price after returning the vehicle almost doubled with no explanation. We recorded the entire car 360 to capture any scratches or dents and make sure the fuel was more than what was left into the car. This action was brought to my attention as there were 8 customers who complained about the issues of overcharged by this location. Carl, the branch manager needs to go back into training. Please do not fire this dude because I wouldn’t want him applying to work at my company. I work for a company that has a contract with Hertz and as the director, I will be advocating trying another company when our terms ended. Carl is costing your company. I will be submitting my experience to the BBB and the Consumer protection agency. Will also report to the local news stations as well. Good luck with Carl representing your company.

A credit check is required which is not explained until you get there and employees are nonchalant. One don’t speak just point. And a $500.00 deposit is required for using your debit card. I did the managers special and ended up with a gas guzzler.

The employees at this location clearly don't like their jobs. You can tell by the way they treat their customers. Slow to acknowledge, serve, and get customers on their way. Pickup and drop-off with reservation experience was very unpleasant.

Such a pleasure! Prompt and Courteous service when we picked up our rental car. Car was clean and ready to go. Attendant went over features of the car and made sure we understood how to use features of the car, answered questions as requested.

My experience in Georgia with Hertz was appalling. Staff was not even at the facility, when they arrived no explanation was given and my car was not ready even though I made a reservation.

DO NOT COME HERE. If I could post a video, I would cus I have proof. This is the worst rental experience I’ve ever had. If you’ve got all the time in the world (and I mean more than 2 hours) to wait for just a car pickup, if you would prefer to receive a not-very-clean car with documents of previous clients left in the car. if you fancy rude customer service agents and a nonchalant manager who doesn’t care about your concerns after repeated episodes of reaching out, and overall problems with not being heard…this is the place to be.

My encounter with Keema and the other team member(s) present when I picked up my rental on Friday, July 11th (around 4 PM) was pleasant. I had no complaints with the process; it was a smooth and professional transaction.

It was a little trickier than some to get to the right location. Someone was picking me up and it was also tricky to find the parking lot that they were in. Otherwise it's your normal Hertz easy return.

I thought I found my go to spot but on my last visit the rep was so rude about not having the car I booked. She just kept repeating “We don’t have it so what you gon do!?” The cherry on top was they gave me another car with no gas in it!
I needed another rental today and I’m heading all the way to the airport to avoid this travesty of a location.
