Again we have problems with the repairs, the auto start no longer works, I asked my wife to take her 2007 Cadillac DTS back but she's had enough shoddy work done to the tune of about $1,300 or so.
Don't take your older car there, find someone else to fix it.

So like many of us I was in need of a vehicle. I wanted something nice and dependable. I went by and was greeted by Breanna Hubbard. First, she was down to earth and nice. I told her my situation which was I had a very nice ride that I purchased 6 months prior and was recently in an accident and ride was totaled.
She said, ok but God allowed you to still be here. Cars can be replaced. Little did she know I needed those words. I really did.
Fast forward, I got exactly what I wanted. Got it when she said I would AND she came in to see it through, although she was under the weather.
I don't really like car shopping. But Breanna made this such a positive experience I wanted to share.
If you just want a car go anywhere BUT if you want great sales service, honesty, and a smile GO SEE BREANNA HUBBARD @HEARITAGE CADILLAC. Simply wonderful

My salesperson was Breanna Hubbard. I have bought a lot of cars and Breanna made sure that I didn’t have to wait and spend all day buying a car. I felt comfortable and not rushed. She had patience and she was kind. I will follow her to whatever dealership when buying a car and I will definitely tell people to see her. Her customer service is amazing and people don’t give that anymore.

Heritage is the best Cadillac dealership in the metro atlanta area! The woman at the front desk was so warm and welcoming and definitely added to my pleasant experience. The service received by my salesperson Breanna Hubbard was excellent! She was accommodating to my needs during the purchasing process and very supportive to ensure I had a smooth transition from my older vehicle to how to operate new technology in the beautiful 2024 Cadillac Lyriq I drove off the lot. 5 stars all around!!

Horrible…. Had a 1:30pm appointment for our first service on our car. When I pull up, I sat there waiting to be greeted by someone but people just walked by and said nothing. I had to stop a guy and ask if I’m supposed to wait in my car or go in, he stated someone would be out…..never happened I had to go in. The area was disappointing as I would have expected a more comfortable place to wait being that it’s a Cadillac dealership. I was told it would be a 2 and a half hour wait for the oil change and tire rotation and also a message kept coming in the display I needed looked at. I was told that would add more time. My car is only 2 months old. I just feel for an appointment, you shouldn’t have such a long wait time and it was zero loaner cars. We just decided to take the drive to Cobb Parkway for a better experience. When we contacted that location, we were assured that we would never wait that long for a service with appointments.
