Bad Business, communicated back and forth regarding purchasing vehicle. Drove over an hour to dealership to have trade in appraised. Waited over an hour and a half before having to leave return to work. Contacted several times via text and calls with no response. Disappointing, sales team are dishonest and go back on word.

Brianna please stop the cap because you are part of the problem with your automated replies because that's what that pay you to do heritage Cadillac stinks of untrustworthy service and low down employees and it's a shame when I work as hard as I do for my money and for business like this trying and rip me off .
