I bought a Honda HR-V . Love it. Process was easy . No problems . I did have an oil leak which they fix . Picked me up from work . I felt like that did above in beyond . Great environment. I bless this place

DO NOT PURCHASE a vehicle from here! I repeat DO NOT Purchase a vehicle. My car already has problems and I haven’t had the car 45days. They will not fix your car. Please ask for the car maintenance history and carfax report. You would think they would repair your car because you haven’t had it that long (a little over 30 days). Car had problems the first week of purchase. Carvana offer their customer 90 day warranty. Management is worthless.

After purchasing a Mustang as a surprise for my wife, I was the one surprised. Surprised that the vehicle would not be detailed and not tested on the highway. I was informed that Enterprise does a very thorough check of used vehicles for sale so I felt comfortable purchasing out of state. Vehicle was brought back to the dealer due to severe shaking at 65-70 mph. Told new tires were suggested. After that the rear window doesn’t always roll up. Definitely not a gift I would want to receive, never mind give. The staff was nice but I don’t feel good about my purchase a few weeks later.

I purchased a vehicle in March 2024 that did not come with a manual. I asked for a manual which had to be ordered and was told it would take 3 months. Here we are, 4 months later and I have no manual nor a PDF version of a manual. I have sent numerous emails and called several times and no one responded back to any of the emails nor returned a phone call but the purchasing experience was good.

Cameron was a great salesman super humbled and honest….showed me great selection and went out of his way to look up a car I was interested in at another lot…in the Duluth location ? ..I recommend Cameron to anyone who wants a honest opinion about a good quality car..
