We just spent the night on our way to our home to Florida. We chose Drury Morrow because of its close proximity to I-75 and being pet friendly (we have 2 kitties). I cannot say enough good about this place. We were greeted with smiles, the room was spacious and clean, and they feed you very well with free hot breakfast AND dinner! We mentioned the A/C was leaking cold water, soaking the carpet under it and under the desk. They said they were sorry and asked if we wanted to change our room. We declined since we were there just for the night. They said they would "comp" our room then. We told them that was really not necessary, that we just wanted to let them know so it could be fixed (and so they would know it was not our kitties fault...they had their own litter box which they both used). But the very kind lady at the desk insisted she comp our room! Now THAT'S customer service! 5 star all the way. ?

Honestly was the most pleasant experience we have had at any hotel.The price I paid was unbeatable for the comfort and amenities. The staff was excellent from checkin to checkout, greeting us with smiles and able to answer our questions and make us feel super welcomed. The breakfast was great but the staff was excellent making sure everyone was satisfied with the food and took the time to tell jokes to my kids making it a little more memorable/magical for the little ones. I would highly recommend this place to all friends and family.

The staff here were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and hot . The young lady working there asked if there was anything I needed. Every was willing to help forgot the gentlemen when I was leaving my luggage asked if I needed help going up the stairs.

Cleanliness and service were awesome. The mattress was rough but I was told a complete remodel will take place in December 2023 with new mattresses as well. Amenities were great as well.Rooms: Very clean and quiet.Food & drinks: Offered breakfast and dinner as well as pop corn

GREAT. Free breakfast, dinner and drinks. Staff EXCELLANT. I was supposed to stay one night. IHad reservations at another hotel previous to this. I checked out and went to the hotel that I had the previous reservation with and canceled one site. And went back home to the Drurry Inn.

The Staff was amazing. Dinner/appetizers were about as you would expect since it was included. Breakfast was good. Gated parking was great. BUT... I had a 2 room King suite and it was on the side facing the interstate. I could NOT sleep. Everytime I fell asleep I was startled awake by traffic, ALL NIGHT. Otherwise it was good.

While the room's furnishings were a bit dated, everything worked and was clean. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. Both breakfast and the manager's reception were more extensive than I expected. The most noticeable aspect of the stay was the staff's friendliness, attentiveness and responsiveness. I ran into the GM at 5:30 AM and it was easy to see that the staff reflect his extraordinary service ethic. Recommend.

I'm late on my review. I stayed here at the end of August. I'm pretty loyal to the Hilton brand, so this was my first time staying at a Drury hotel. However, I was NOT disappointed. The General Manager JaMarcus and the ENTIRE staff were so welcoming and accommodating. Every staff member we encountered spoke and greeted us with a smile when they saw us. From the Manager, to the dining staff, to housekeeping. I'm not used to seeing that. Also, I knew about the daily breakfast, but I didn't know they offered 3 complimentary drinks during happy hour AND complimentary dinner. Wow! The rooms were decent. We had a suite. Nothing spectacular, but nothing wrong with the room at all. We were comfortable. I like that the parking lot has a gate that locks after a certain time, and you have to use your room key to get in the parking lot. I have to say, when I'm back in the area, this is where I will be staying. I'm also looking forward to giving other Drury hotels a try in the future when I travel.

I will start off by saying, you cannot go wrong staying here. After reading through reviews for other hotels in Atlanta and surrounding area, I could not with clear confidence put my family in one of those places. I didn't want to take anything extra home with us... You know what I mean ... This place is awesome!!!! Started with calling the reservation line on Wednesday evening for a stay Wednesday night. Excellent customer service. Patty was awesome. We get to the hotel and Liz was outstanding!!! Even let me go look at the room before paying for it!!! The shower was hot, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and towels readily available in the room. Our room#216 was clean and comfortable. We all slept soundly. Woke up to a wonderful breakfast and good coffee. The breakfast was plentiful and pleasing. We were treated pleasantly by the the beautiful lady working the breakfast area. She was kind and friendly. Left all three of us smiling! I don't remember her name. Check out was easy and friendly after breakfast. I didn't get that beautiful lady's name either but she was a sweetheart. If you are a government employee, ask for that pricing. If you are a veteran or military they have special pricing for you too!! It truly felt like we were valued guests. Drury has definitely earned future business from this family!!!

Decent room, decent food It was pleasant. I was there on business so I didn't pay for it. However, I wouldn't pay their rates for what little amenities they have. I've stayed at casinos and resorts for less, all though it was out of season when I stayed at those.Food & drinks: Food was decent for a hotel.

We just moved to GA from NY and decided before our move in day to stay at The Drury. We were not disappointed at all. 3 drinks a day included, breakfast, and dinner is the only way to go. The staff is attentive, sweet, welcoming at any time of the day. We never want to stay anywhere else when on road trips. The pool and jacuzzi were just the cherry on top. The rooms were even better and the bed actually have a comforter not just some dingy bed sheets. They even had our dog and a nice big space to be walked on. I would stay here again a million times.Noteworthy details: Food was great. Drinks were great. Clean and smelled amazing.

The only Thing I didn't like,was that I Checked in late and missed THE HAPPY HOUR ? ?(that was on me)But Everyone was kind. The pool was Super clean. Hot tub was fun . And the Breakfast was AMAZING ? ? They even blessed us with Late Check Out. Wow !!EVERYONE NEEDS A RAISE FOR THE AMAZING EXPERIENCE WE HAD. ?I WOULD LIVE HERE. NO MATTER THE COST.YOU ALL GET 10 OUT OF 10 FROM US.We will be back!!!

The good: there is ample gated parking. The front desk staff are incredibly warm and friendly. There's hot coffee early in the morning.The not so good: the hotel is very dated, which normally would not bother me, but the room smelled of musty , moldy stench. When checking to see if I could change anything on the ac unit, I found the carpet was wet in front of the ac. No wonder the smell. We could hear people above us, around us, it was just loud, not good for sleeping. I love Drury but this location needs a refresh.

The night front desk lady Dominique. Was by far the rudest unprofessional person we have encountered. She stood in the office as I stood at the front desk while it kept beeping and I picked up the phone let it ri g for over a minute and there she came walking out from the little office. I called 2x before I came to ensure they could accommodate a walk in for just a few hours to get some rest. She was rude both times on the phone and when I showed up she was absolutely rude and did not want to help me what so ever. We checked in at 615 and at 815 someone walked into our room without knocking. We paid 200.00 for 3hours of use, the hotel was great and the room but the staff needs some work.
