This place really only has helmets and jackets, a small selection of fluids and a couple tires.. I wouldn’t consider it much of a “motorcycle shop”more like a middleman shop sense they offer to order everything ?. But that’s not the bad part. After I reserved a set of tires and called ahead of time to ensure my tires will be there and can be mounted with the store hand. Even told them the type of bike I was putting the tires on . I then drove 1 hour in highway traffic only to get to the store and have the male Robin tell me “it’s illegal to put dirt bike tires on a street bike, yes people do it but it’s still illegal “ while having a conversation with another customer about bikes, one of the other employees chimed in saying “it’s not illegal it’s just against our store policy “ I wouldn’t mind if I didn’t drive a total of 2 hours to and from but the fact that they waited until I got there to say we can’t provide the service we talked about really rubbed me the wrong way….. save your money and goto jpcycles.com for all you motorcycle needs it’s way cheaper also

My experience was good. Although the helmet I originally went in looking for was not in stock the associate Coach was able to help me find an alternative that I really like. Coach was really warm, welcoming and funny and did not make the experience feel like a typical sale. I will definitely return for future cycle needs.

We went in to get some helmets for our trip to the beach... Good prices, got military discount! Got bike goggles, gloves, 2 helmets and face masks. Staff was friendly and helpful! Highly recommend for your motorcycle accessories!

The store associate, Coach, was awesome. She greeted me as soon as I walked in and I told her I’d reserved a couple tires that morning, expecting them to have been tagged in the back somewhere. Nope. Right up front there for me with my name on it. Amazing.
I did have a price match issue via the website. I never got a response about it until the following afternoon. But the lady that replied told me she couldn’t check store stock. That wasn’t even the reason I reached out to you, ma’am. I have replied to that email but have yet to hear back.
I’m solely giving the five for the store experience. Coach was great, even if she’s a Bama fan.
